MM516497****Truly a wonderful experience, from the ambiance to the service, every detail was simply perfect! It's an oriental aesthetic haven hidden in Yalong Bay, so incredibly therapeutic! Liangxiao Yin truly exceeded expectations! Tucked away in the rainforest of Bohou Village, it boasts a Zen-inspired courtyard with an infinity pool, wooden furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows – every photo turns out stunning. The bedding in the room is soft, and the smart bathroom is a major plus. At night, they even offer warm milk and small snacks. The butler service is attentive, and the freshly made seafood noodles for breakfast are absolutely delicious. It's also convenient for visiting the beach and night market. A tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, choosing this place in Sanya is definitely the right decision!

AAnonymous UserThe room was okay, quite unique with a good design. However, it got incredibly hot during the day if the curtains weren't drawn. But then it was too dark if they were. There was no air conditioning.
Also, the current development of the beach in front of Tianya Town is a complete mess. There are firecrackers everywhere (a huge fire and accident hazard), loud disco bars, and relentless drink hawkers. They've ruined what used to be a beautiful beach, turning it into a chaotic and smoky scene. It's nothing like how I remember this beach used to be.
It's quite a shame.
Furthermore, these bars have severely encroached on the public beach space. Previously, everyone could walk around and enjoy it. Now, they've filled it with unsightly sandbag chairs, demanding consumption for seating. They have singers performing lively pop music, which is incredibly noisy. The free access areas have been squeezed down to almost nothing.
The place is teeming with young people letting loose. Perhaps not all youth want to party every night; it's just that the severe commercialization, homogenous low-brow aesthetics, and unregulated administrative approvals have left them with no other choice.
Wouldn't it be better to just return to nature?

UUka-naThe hotel service is excellent. When we arrived at the hotel they have upgraded our room and also arranged airport shuttle service to airport. Front desk team were very friendly and had an excellent service attitude.
The room was well maintained and cleaned everyday. They have all necessary amenities. Washing machine and dryer available. The pool is beautiful and clean. Definitely will come back for the pool.
Location is very convenient to visit attractions, 10min ride to XiDao, 15min to Tianya Haijiao and 20min to TianyaTown.
Also there was a small town, 10min walk from the hotel with many eateries and small shops.

MM552605****This stay absolutely exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady checked me in super quickly and even proactively upgraded my room. She also thoughtfully told me about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the wet/dry separation design in the bathroom was incredibly practical. Hot water came out instantly and the temperature was stable. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The location is amazing – just a 5-minute walk to Dadonghai, making getting around super convenient. The value for money is absolutely off the charts. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

QQinghaihuchuanlaodaThe Golden Palm has been our family's go-to hotel for Hainan vacations for over twenty years, holding countless cherished memories. This trip was a nostalgic one, with every corner brimming with recollections! What remained the same were the hotel's lobby, pool, rooms, balconies, and beach... but there were also many changes. There's no longer seafood for breakfast, the lobby's louvre windows have been replaced with glass, and the breakfast restaurant moved from the second floor to the first. The bathtubs in the rooms have also been swapped for shower stalls. Yet, I still feel that if you're on vacation and not by the sea, or by the sea and not staying at the Golden Palm, it just doesn't feel like a proper vacation!

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at Sanya Yalong Bay Xinya Hotel as a family. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent—convenient for getting around Yalong Bay and close to the beach and nearby attractions.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, especially when traveling with a child, which we really appreciated. Service was consistently good. The amenities were generally nice and met our needs, though there is still some room for improvement.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for families looking for a clean, well-located place with good service. We would consider staying here again.

PPanyunfuThe hotel boasts an excellent location and a beautiful exterior. The room was spacious, and I especially loved the huge terrace. However, the facilities are a bit outdated. The TV remote was dead – no batteries. I checked in late at night and asked the front desk for batteries, but they told me housekeeping was off duty and couldn't help. It wasn't until I contacted Trip.com that the issue was finally resolved.
