GGuest UserThis Orange Crystal hotel opened last year. Huazhu Group's City Comfort Inn, Orange Crystal, and Manxin brands have been updating rapidly in recent years. For the same price point, the experience is definitely much better than Marriott, Hilton, or IHG's mid-to-high-end lines. They seem to understand domestic consumers better in terms of service and humanized touches. It's quite good! ^_^

AAnonymous UserOverall, the service was quite good, and they even provided complimentary breakfast for my older child. However, the experience at the pancake station during breakfast was not ideal. Firstly, there was no one manning the station to make pancakes, and it took a while after we asked for someone to finally show up. Then, the chef making the pancakes seemed to assume that each person couldn't have a whole pancake, but rather only a few cut pieces (a pancake is usually cut into 4-8 pieces). When I asked for a whole pancake, the chef asked how many people were eating and suggested taking less if there were fewer people, and to eat other things instead. This was quite strange; when you buy pancakes outside, isn't it usually one whole pancake per person? And whether I eat other things or how many pancakes I eat is my own business, especially since I wasn't taking extra, just waiting for the chef to finish one and then taking it. This was the only part that wasn't a good experience, and I hope it can be improved in the future.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite good. It's a short walk from the subway station, but there's a bus stop right outside, and Didi (ride-hailing) is very convenient. It costs around 10-20 RMB to get to Tianjin Station or Xibeijiao. You can also cycle from the hotel to Jiefang Bridge, which takes about 30 minutes, and along the way, you can check out Gada Building, Porcelain House, and Wudadao – it's a perfect cycling route. They even provided an umbrella when it rained, which was a nice touch, and the service was excellent and very welcoming. The room had a balcony, which was super convenient, and food delivery was brought up by a robot.

The location is excellent, right in the bustling heart of Tianjin city center, and the hotel itself is a landmark building, very grand and eye-catching. There are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. Transportation is super convenient, with a subway entrance right outside. The room was clean and tidy, with well-maintained and functional facilities, making for a comfortable stay – the thoughtful design was a plus. The service was warm and attentive. Great value for money. Definitely recommended. Vienna Hotels are getting better and better; we've watched them grow, which is impressive. Hope they continue to improve!

I was also very happy with the room type; the humidifier in the room was excellent, making sure I didn't feel dry even on a dry northern night. The soundproofing was great, and the location is very close to the airport.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe checked into the Tuanbo Lake Hotspring Resort & Spa for one night, as we wanted to see if it's suitable for future visits.
We enjoyed our stay so much, and decided to extended our stay with another night.
The Resort is devided into two sections, with the Villa Style Hotspring Rooms on one end, and the Private Hotspring in Room ”House Soup”, on the other end.
We stayed at the ”House Soup” section, during this visit, as we wanted to enjoy our own private Hotspring in room.
Service received from all staff members were good, and they were all very courteous and efficient.
They were courtesy enough, to show us the Villa's as well.
The room was well prepared upon our arrive, and our room was decorated (Romantic Theme), as requested.
The Resort is a short drive out of the City, and it's advisable to allow ample time during your stay.
I will not recommend staying here, for one night only, but rather for a few nights if possible.
We will most definitely return, and spend more time here during longer holidays or time of work.
I can recommend this establishment to all future guests, foreign or domestic.
