This is by far the most recommended hotel within Thaiwoo Ski Town. It's super convenient to drive straight into the underground garage. The rooms are very spacious, and the sofa bed can be pulled out to sleep an extra person, making it very family- and kid-friendly. There's a small balcony where you can enjoy tea and sunbathe, with a lovely, refreshing breeze. The hotel has its own activity space downstairs, offering various small programs daily, perfect for letting the kids run around freely. The hotel also has its own restaurant, and the buffet dinner is excellent and very reasonably priced when they have promotions. Plus, there's a McDonald's and other restaurants within the hotel building, so dining is very convenient. The hotel isn't far from the town's main commercial street, within walking distance, and there's also a free shuttle bus. We visited in late August, and it was an amazing escape from the summer heat; it would be even more convenient for skiing in winter. The hotel service was excellent; upon check-in, the front desk proactively informed me about all the packages available with my room. It's a hotel worth revisiting and highly recommending! The environment was great. I specifically requested a king-sized bed for my baby, and they happily accommodated, which made my little one super happy rolling around on it. The hotel also had some activities that captivated my baby's attention. The complimentary cable car tickets were a nice bonus too. It gets a bit chilly in the mountains, so make sure to dress warmly.

Objectively speaking, the transportation is relatively convenient, but the supporting facilities are limited. While there aren't any particularly dirty areas, the facilities are rather basic and quite different from the advertised Swiss style. Having stayed at a hotel built in a nearby country the day before, I could make a more objective comparison, and this hotel really doesn't justify the price. However, it's not exceptionally bad. The cafeteria, on the other hand, is quite good.

The room was spacious, easily accommodating our family of four, including elderly parents and a child, with its separate bedroom and living area. It even had a kitchen with a washing machine and dryer, and a large refrigerator, just like at home, which was perfect for storing food, and keeping drinks and snacks chilled or frozen in summer. The hotel is very close to the town center, practically right downstairs. Just a few steps away are the dining and commercial streets. It's close to KFC, and there are also many Chinese restaurants and food trucks, with all sorts of entertainment options concentrated here. The best part was the hotel's hot springs, with multiple indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor ones felt really pleasant and not stuffy. They lit up at 7 PM, creating a lovely ambiance. It was also very convenient to access the hot springs directly from the hotel corridor. The hotel breakfast was predominantly Chinese, and quite filling.

👍🏻 Highly recommend the 'Squirrel's Tail' family suite – it's a dream room for three generations! Traveling with my parents and 3-year-old daughter, we wanted to stay together but still have private space, and this room solved all our travel pain points! The sliding doors offer flexible partitioning, two bathrooms mean no more fighting for the toilet, and the unique car-themed bed is super spacious, ensuring both adults and kids sleep soundly. 🚠 The package deal offers incredible value for money, including 3 breakfasts, 3 cable car tickets, and 3 hot spring entries. Breakfast is rich and varied, with bright window seats providing a fantastic ambiance for dining with a view. Just downstairs on the first floor are Gyu-Kaku yakiniku and a cinema, making dining and entertainment incredibly convenient without needing to travel far. ⛺️ The room comes fully equipped with kid-friendly amenities: children's toiletries, a small tent, and pretend play toys – everything a young child needs when traveling. I must commend the front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Tong, who, after I added her on WeChat, patiently and thoughtfully answered all our questions about the room and activities. So gentle and attentive! ❤️ 😉 All conveniences for dining, entertainment, and accommodation are covered. The whole family was incredibly comfortable, scoring full marks. I sincerely recommend this to all families traveling with seniors and young children – just go for it!

The best thing about this ski-in/ski-out hotel is its convenience, plus there's a hot spring which is great for unwinding. However, the rooms are very basic and tiny; you can barely turn around in the bathroom, and there isn't even a mini-fridge! 😤 The only real advantage is the discount on ski rental for hotel guests, and the shuttle bus is excellent 👍, very convenient for getting to the ski rental hall on cold days. **Cleanliness:** It was cleaned, but not very well. There were still hairs on the bed, and it felt like an old guesthouse. I asked for water, and it was delivered quickly, so that was responsive. **Environment:** There's not much in terms of environment, other than being right next to the ski slope for ski-out access, with the entrance/exit conveniently located at the end of the magic carpet area. The slope leading to the lobby entrance is extremely steep, which makes pulling ski gear difficult. On the bright side, hot drinks are available in the lobby 👍, and there's a small shop for convenience. The hotel decor is quite ugly, with the rooms and restaurant having a very old-fashioned style 😅. **Service:** There isn't much in the way of service, though the front desk staff can help call a luggage cart. Overall, the food in the restaurant is good, breakfast is very abundant, and dinner is also quite nice 😌👌.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The only sour note was on August 5th, around 10:30 AM, when I called the hotel's reservation department to reconfirm that I would be bringing my dog. The staff member told me it would be 200 per day. I questioned this, as Ctrip stated 150. Her response was unpleasantly sarcastic: ”Sir, you're staying in a suite, aren't you~?” My impression before even checking in was: for such a large hotel, the customer service attitude was quite disappointing. However, the front desk staff during check-in and check-out were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had limited options, but the most popular feature was the instant noodle wall, with many choices that the chef could prepare for you 😂. The gym facilities were very comprehensive, with dumbbells of various weights.

Healing experience class / Tea ceremony (choose one) and Baduanjin exercise class: This was my first time trying a healing experience, and it was really good. It was so relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The healing instructor was very gentle. Service: The service was attentive. Environment: The environment was beautiful. Free shuttle to Thaiwoo, Genting, and Snow Ruyi: The free shuttle was very convenient.

Wonderful hotel and stay. Not too far by car from the train station, but a bit isolated and no restaurants outside within easy walking distance. The hotel has restaurants in the main building which served excellent dinner. The hot spring was nice though the water was not very hot. Amenities were clean and complete, very satisfactory. The only issue if you have your window open is there are rain tracks relatively nearby and the noise from passing trains can be a bit irritating. Overall an enjoyable and relatively recently priced stay. Would return.

The hotel we booked has a pretty good location, right next to Fulong Ski Resort. You can park right at the hotel entrance. The hotel breakfast is decent, and there were a lot of kids from outside here for mountain biking, seemed like there was a competition going on. The front desk had a lovely young lady, I think her last name was Li, who provided excellent service. The charming young man working with her also left a good impression on us.
