PPulediliangfanshiKTVlicungongAbsolutely loved this Airbnb! It's made up of individual villas nestled in the quiet fields at the foot of the mountains. You can even cook your own meals or have a BBQ at the villa. The owner's English is excellent, super standard! They also have lots of cats, one of them is named Xiaohua (Hana). The grandpa and grandma are both very kind and welcoming. There's a discounted, delicious hot dog sandwich shop right outside. Thanks for having me, I'll definitely be back!

MMaggiezqyThe hotel was very clean and quiet, and the surrounding scenery was pleasant. We could even see Mount Fuji directly from the hotel entrance. However, because it's in the mountains, there were a lot of flying insects, so we couldn't open the balcony door, which was a bit of a shame as we missed out on enjoying the outdoor hot tub on the terrace. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

KKara TaiThis might be the best place to stay near Mt Fuji! The service is incredible and the staff is very friendly! We booked a dome and loved the sauna, bath, dome, kitchen… everything! The BBQ dinner and breakfast were outstanding and the detailed cooking instructions were very clear. The bed was very comfortable as well.
Only one complaint - gas grill is located inside the kitchen and the room fills with smoke. Best to open the sliding doors to let the air circulate and also clean the grill before turning it on.
The staff helped us book taxis, which helped a lot, too!

GGuest UserI usually go camping, but I thought it would be a bad idea to judge something before I've tried it, so I tried glamping for the first time.
I was very satisfied with my stay in terms of location, cleanliness, food, and how the staff treated me. Two meals were included, but dinner in particular was so much that you would have had to be really hungry to finish it.
The toilets and inside the tents were also very clean, and even though it was a cold winter stay, the heating was on and it was very comfortable.
The staff were also friendly, and I brought my dog with me, so thank you for treating him so kindly.
I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you.

GGuest UserLocation: This is probably the best location in Kawaguchiko, offering an unobstructed, prime view of Mount Fuji across the lake. It's right next to the famous Ubuya Hotel.
Room: I booked what I believe is their best room type, a top-floor suite with a terrace, and it was very spacious.
Facilities: Compared to the neighboring hotels, the facilities are indeed quite ordinary, and the onsen (hot spring) is also nothing special. However, considering it's a fifth of the price of those other places, the value for money is unbeatable.
Service: There's a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Kawaguchiko Station, but you need to check the timetable in advance. Most of the staff seem to be of Indian descent? While their service attitude can't match the traditional Japanese level of meticulous politeness, it's generally okay.
Food: Buffet style, and honestly, it was very average.
Overall, for this location and value, it really has no rivals among the hotels situated along the lakefront in Kawaguchiko.

GGuest UserThe room is large and the bed is a capsule hotel type. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is suitable for friends traveling together. But it is a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It is quite convenient. There is a kitchen for cooking. The scenery is very good under Mount Fuji.

LLYL.24It’s a convenient location for individuals wanting to hike Mt Ryugatake or head to the Nakanokura viewing deck. The hotel has an outdoor bath, which we enjoyed. There’s quite a selection of food to choose from for breakfast and dinner. However, we unfortunately had hunger game-style buffet dinner/breakfast encounters during our first night stay at the hotel (we stayed a total of 2 nights). The buffet dinner was absolute chaos. Majority of the staying guests at the hotel are part of large tour groups. One of the group staying on our first night went absolutely feral at the buffet dinner. Cutting queues left and right. Swiping every food item. At one point I heard a fellow diner say to their friend“there’s nothing left!?!??” as they look at the empty buffet trays. It felt less like dining and more like surviving a food stampede. 🥲 The hotel staff looked defeated as well. I feel for them. Thankfully day 2 was less chaotic and more orderly. We didn’t have to fear of ppl cutting our queue.
