LLaurabriHello, I want to thank you, your apartment is very nice and clean, the facilities are also good and the equipment in the apartment is also complete. My family and I are very happy to stay here, the service is also very good, customer service is responsive in responding to messages, all security is friendly, there is bridge access to the mall too. There is no problem staying here. However, I may give a suggestion for the room or on the bathroom door if possible, provide a hanger to hang clothes or pants. This apartment is large with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it is highly recommended for a staycation with family and also has a balcony with a beautiful view.

TtintinThe hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the train station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're arriving by train from Kuala Lumpur or heading to Singapore. The room facilities are very good, and the view outside is quite beautiful. I thought I'd have to use a sofa bed, but to my surprise, they brought an extra bed directly. The room rate is pretty good; you save over 200 yuan if you don't opt for breakfast. There are shopping malls on both sides, and even a Huayang that Kuala Lumpur couldn't squeeze in.

TTzieqyI stayed together with my husband and child. The self check in was smooth. They provided very clear instructions for the check in. The room was clean and the pool view from the room was great. I love that the balcony is quite spacious. Their service is also good. Very prompt response from them.
The feedback I have is if possible, to get a parking lot that is nearer to the lobby entrance at level 5. And for the common room, maybe can rearrange the drawer cabinet away from the power socket because the current position, the cabinet is covering the socket thus we're unable to charge while in the room.
But these are minor issues. The most important thing is that I had a comfortable stay and it really is a great accommodation.

TTerryăchinaThere are many hotel-style apartments here in Johor Bahru, and this one is very close to Singapore. The room was clean and there were a lot of guests. If you're on a business trip, I'd recommend choosing this place. I would definitely pick this place again if I come back to Johor Bahru. The photo was taken after I tidied up the room myself to show the host, for reference.

LLee JianweiIt's generally good. But they are operating like an Airbnb while at the same time listed as a hotel. So they do collect a 200RM deposit. You either go to a place 2 minutes drive away to pay cash or you pay by bank transfer that you can't get back on the same day of check out. A bit of a hassle there but the place is fine

GGuest UserVisited this hotel years ago before Covid. Revisited after 7 years. No change to the overall look and feel. Feeling not too bad.
Location: Good near Bukit Indah Aeon. Difficult to come in given we now donât drive Bus network no good. Not coming in anytime soon.
Service: Good. Counter staff allow early check in and given us high floor.
Cleanliness: Good, basic stuff provided. Nothing fancy.
Room: Lightings is dim, not enough lighting. TV channels cannot load due to poor wifi. YouTube Netflix cannot watch too. A bit disappointed.
Breakfast: OK comes with Nasi Lemak, Noodles / Porridge section. Pastries and bread.

SsakiiiiiinahMagical mornings and sunsets, will definitely stay again. The dinner set could have been better, it was clearly indicated that a main, soup, drink and dessert would be about 35rm nett, but when we enquired, they said we had to add on for the dessert. It was clearly stated but i didn't feel like arguing because the food wasn't very great so I just left.
The receptionist and everyone else was good, breakfast was okay, no other complaints aside from the above.
