Pros: The environment is great, the room is very spacious, and there's absolutely no noise from the high-rise. The bathroom is clean with good water pressure. The gym has a lot of equipment and is large. The swimming pool is also big, and breakfast is excellent. The public areas look very upscale. Cons: The facilities are relatively old. The air conditioning is quite noisy when it reacts. The chain lock on the door is missing, and the door closes very slowly, slow enough for someone to slip in after you leave. The toilet is manual flush. There were a lot of guests, so they didn't allow a late checkout. No slippers were provided. If you bring your own water bottle, there's a direct drinking water tap, though I didn't dare to drink from it.

The breakfast was incredibly rich, with Western, local, and Chinese options. Everything was very fresh and unique, and there were plenty of choices for vegetarians. The room was exceptionally comfortable, though the soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear cars and motorcycles from the 11th floor even at midnight. The hotel did provide earplugs, which helped a bit.

I had a really good stay at this apartment. The room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed: plates, slippers, a microwave, a kettle for heating water, a hairdryer, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The facilities were also good. There’s a pool and a simple gym. However, the pool was under maintenance for 1 out of the 2 days I stayed, so just keep in mind that it might sometimes be unavailable. The only downside was that at night there was a bad smell coming from the toilet in the bathroom. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this place.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is even an Indonesian staff member, which made communication much easier for us. The view from the swimming pool is stunning, with a direct view of the KLCC Towers. The room was very spacious, and all the facilities in the room were in perfect condition. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel for families. Definitely worth staying at!

An easy checked in and out procedure by the concierge. The suite was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view from balcony. It was equipped with a TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, three air conditioners, washing machine, dryer, detergent and toiletries. The parking lot was guarded. It was very convenient as Bila-Bila Mart and HWC cafeteria downstairs. Walking distance to Foodie @ Kuchai, durian store, chapel, shop lots and Econsave. Therefore, I strongly recommend this suite to all travellers at Kuala Lumpur!

This is our 6th time here, and we really love this hotel because it's clean and comfortable. However, this time, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the bed, haha. It's the first time we've gotten a bed like this; it was very uncomfortable. As soon as we entered the room, we had to clean it a bit because it felt sandy and the floor was quite dirty and black. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The wait for the elevator from the parking lot to our room was a bit long, probably because there were a lot of people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the hotel offered good value for the price. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the helpful service from the staff. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in the city.

Fantastic stay with excellent amenities and very helpful staff! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cubic Botanical Suites and were highly satisfied with everything. The suite was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Having a well-equipped kitchen and a large TV was a huge plus, making our stay incredibly comfortable and feel like a home away from home. The service was also excellent. During our stay, I accidentally locked us out because a lock button had been pressed from the inside, making the keycard unusable from the outside. Even though it took about two hours to get a technician to come and open the door, the staff handled the situation very professionally, and we were extremely grateful for their help. Overall, a fantastic place that we highly recommend to anyone!

My colleague and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! As 3 working women traveling together, cleanliness, and comfort were our top priorities, and it meet all our expectations. The type we choose is 2 rooms with 3 queen size bed. The pool is direct face to KLCC. We loved it when the sunset. Highly recommend this hotel for my friends!
