The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from MRT Exit C, so the location is pretty good. It's also convenient to take the green line to NTU and downtown, making it a great value for money spot. The rooms aren't huge (it's Singapore, after all), but they're stylish, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The only downside was our room, 629. It had an emergency window (I saw on the floor plan that two rooms per floor have them), and the sound insulation from the outside was quite poor. At first, I even wondered if the window wasn't closed properly. There wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese when we checked in, but there was when we checked out. Little tip: There's an ice water dispenser at the bar next to the front desk where you can get free ice water! 😄

The room and bathroom are indeed a bit small (which is probably common in Singapore). The front desk staff are friendly and diligent, and they also provide explanations in Chinese. You can scan a QR code in the room to request housekeeping services like extra pillows, blankets, or other amenities, or you can pick them up at the front desk. The hotel is located next to the MRT station (Little India on the NE line and Rochor on the EW line). There's a convenience store downstairs and a hawker center nearby with many food options. It's close to the Little India and Rochor commercial areas, making it a good choice.

This hotel is quite unique, situated above a large shopping mall. We were a bit disoriented at first, as it took us a while to find it, but once we understood the layout, everything was easy and convenient. The rooms are small but clean, and well-equipped so you can easily organize all your belongings. They are brightly lit, and everything worked perfectly. There's an iron, ironing board, and a water cooler in the common hallway. The hallway's decor is interesting, with boards next to each room where you can write messages. The food courts in the mall are a convenient bonus for delicious meals. The location is excellent; you can walk to all the iconic landmarks: Merlion Park, Marina Bay, and the Singapore Flyer. I highly recommend it.

I specifically booked this hotel to attend a concert at Star Vista. It's only tens of meters away from the venue, so after the show, there was no need to rush back. The hotel room was very clean, equipped with toiletries and disposable slippers (though I'd recommend bringing your own for better comfort). The shower and toilet were separated, and the surroundings were very quiet, ensuring two nights of excellent sleep. The staff were friendly and could communicate in basic English. Since there was an available room, they allowed me to check in an hour early. Also, they didn't charge the 50 SGD deposit that Trip.com had warned me about. The housekeeping was very thorough; they even folded my pajamas neatly! 😃

The hotel is right next to a large mall with plenty of food, daily necessities, and shopping, which is very convenient. Since it was a last-minute decision to enter Singapore, I didn't bring a travel adapter, but luckily I could buy one at the mall next door. It's very close to the airport, just a ten-minute drive or one stop by subway. The downsides are that the bed is extremely small, despite the room being spacious, and the soundproofing isn't great.

Great location, not far from the metro, about 700m away. There's also a bus stop right opposite the hotel, making it convenient and quick to get to all the main attractions/landmarks. They also offer a shuttle service. The accommodation is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and polite. The hotel has a modern style and features two swimming pools. The view from the room is quite nice. As for cons, I'd point out the cleanliness of the room – it wasn't critical, but I would have liked it to be cleaner. There were dusty spots in the room, and it seems they don't clean under the bed very often. At breakfast, there wasn't enough variety of more European, neutral dishes without spices, sauces, etc.

Extremely bad check-in experience, avoid at all costs! The booking page didn't mention that the hotel is right next to a funeral parlor. We only found out upon arrival that they are practically a wall apart, and opening the window gives you a direct view of the funeral home. I'm not superstitious, but the overall atmosphere felt oppressive and eerie, making me extremely uncomfortable psychologically. I felt anxious and scared all night, completely unable to sleep, suffering from insomnia, which severely affected my rest and subsequent travel plans.

The location is excellent, right across from VivoCity, making it very convenient to walk to HarbourFront MRT station and head to Sentosa. The room is clean but a bit small, and the soundproofing is poor, leading to significant noise issues. Breakfast options are limited; it's recommended to dine at the mall across the street. Overall, it's a budget-friendly accommodation with convenient transportation and reasonable value for money.

Location is great near City Square mall and just across Farrer Park MRT exit G. The hotel downstairs got a nice cafe and the hotel restaurant itself also offers nice foods and drinks until late night. The room and corridors are spacious, considering this is Singapore. There is a co-living style kitchen and dining area at level 4 with a fridge and cooking appliances, also vending machine. The reception staffs were nice. It was a nice comfortable stay for us.

Would like to preface by saying, if you’re a Singaporean citizen. BRING YOUR PHYSICAL DOCUMENTS! If you try and check in with SingPass, they won’t allow you. They don’t make this clear ANYWHERE. And they give you a nasty face as if you’re supposed to know that they’ve only recently changed their policies. Overall still a very nice stay. They changed my room without notice though. I booked the room with the bed on the first floor, but they gave me the bed that’s on the loft. Location is good, can skip the food downstairs.
