I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haitian hotel , and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches. The hotel's facilities, including [the gym, pool, restaurant], were excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. MGM as expected. I visited with my girlfriend because it was an anniversary. After check in, the manager brought the fruit and cake to my room and brought the fruit back in the evening. The staff service is good, and they are always smiling. We had a really good time.. See you next time.

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

Very nice hotel, staffs are friendly and help a lot on all my needs, Tina at reception provided one by one service. The facilities, services, breakfast, Chinese food dinner and the sea view all made families happy and enjoyed the 2 nights stay. Try it and you will love it.

I chose the old Seaview Garden Hotel in Qingdao for a temporary business trip. The service is good. There is a receptionist who will send it to the room to introduce the facilities and services. The housekeeper will contact me at any time to provide help. There are free fruits and drinks in the room. The guest supplies are also very comfortable. I have stayed in many local hotels in Qingdao. Seaview is first-class in this aspect and is willing to give guests more enjoyment. Before leaving the hotel, I found that the car was also wiped by them. This is a very pleasant service. Some suggestions are given to them. The welcome tea is too formal. It is just ordinary black tea. It is not good to drink and is not warm. It is more suitable for this season to use a paper cup to have a ginger tea or grapefruit tea. The front desk can deliver it without wasting manpower; in addition, the sound insulation of the room is average. You can choose a sound insulation strip to block it. There are many styles online. . Overall, the flaws do not cover the merits and it deserves full marks. The key is that Seaview sincerely wants to give more to customers. I will choose it again in the future.

The location of this hotel might be convenient for business travelers, but it’s not ideal for tourists. I found myself having to take taxis everywhere, though fortunately, they’re inexpensive in Qingdao. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was just average, nothing to get excited about. Although the hotel is listed as 5 stars, it felt more like a 4-star experience. All the rooms face the streets, which can be noisy – I had to switch rooms because of this. However, my second room was a bit quieter. The staff were all very kind, especially the cleaning ladies who were always smiling and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose this

Nice hotel in a good location as we were there to attend an event near the stadium, and there is also a shopping mall nearby. Room is nice as well, overall service was great!

The hotel is centrally located, approximately 600m walk from Yan’erdao metro station. Many eateries in the surrounding area. We were upgraded to a bigger room on the 16th floor. Also good service and helpful staff who had assisted us with our ground tour booking. Recommended hotel for travelers to Qingdao.

The hotel room is very close to the sea. There is a golden sand beach outside the hotel lobby. You can fall asleep directly listening to the waves when you open the balcony door of the room. This is indeed beyond expectations; Service: The service is very considerate, and the front desk and the cleaning aunt are all great. There is just one thing. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t tell the front desk that the room needs to be cleaned on the first day. After I came back, the room was not cleaned, and the garbage in the room was not emptied. After calling the front desk, a service staff came up and asked us how to clean. I was also confused. In the end, I just threw away the garbage and did nothing else. In the next two days, I told the cleaning aunt in advance when I went out, and this situation did not occur again.

There is a free underground parking lot. If I come again next time, I will definitely choose this hotel. It is very pleasant to stay here.
