Excellent stay! The room was clean and tidy, and the location is fantastic, right next to the South Station. Initially, the screen mirroring in my room had a color issue. I called the front desk, and they sent a floor staff member to check it out. They confirmed the problem but said it would require the technical department. A second person, who I believe was a manager, came later. Their attitude was great; they immediately moved me to an adjacent room and, after confirming the screen was working perfectly, brought me new key cards. I really appreciate how they prioritized my comfort and quickly resolved the issue rather than waiting for a hardware repair. Thumbs up for that! Oh, and a side note: the shaved ice delivery nearby from 'Bing Bing Jiang' is super delicious – I think it's even better than 'Gu Xiang Zhai,' definitely give it a try!

Not far from Tianjin West Station, about 5 kilometers, which is very convenient for catching the high-speed rail. The bathroom has a double sink design, and there's also a separate small walk-in closet, which is very thoughtful and cozy. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely book here again next time. I even saw two robots taking the elevator to deliver food at the same time, haha! 😄

I absolutely love it here! It's perfect for relaxation, swimming, and working out – a complete package. The room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel's infinity pool is huge with amazing views, and there's a fantastic gym! Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The service is simply outstanding! Downstairs, you have Kerry Parkside, making dining incredibly convenient. Behind the hotel, in the residential area, there's a lively atmosphere; it's a great spot to grab authentic Tianjin breakfast in the morning without having to go out of your way. In the evenings, there are various street food stalls and BBQ. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Oh, and the hotel is very close to the subway station, just one stop directly to Tianjin Station!

The Four Seasons Hotel is highly recommended! We chose this hotel for a trip with our child, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The hotel's location was easy to find and not far from the attractions. The staff provided attentive service, and the facilities were well-maintained. It was quiet at night, allowing our child to sleep soundly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for family travel.

The facilities are complete and clean. The window blinds are electric, but the motor is loud. The air conditioning control panel was difficult to use. There was a power outage for an hour during my stay, and it took an engineer to fix it. At night, the AC temperature was too low, and it was hard to adjust it – I tried several times but couldn't get it right. I didn't want to bother the engineer again in the middle of the night, so I just put up with it until check-out. After staying one night, my wife's leg felt cold, and she had to go to the hospital the next day for acupuncture and massage. I had originally wanted to experience the star-rated service of the Hyatt and brought my swimsuit to check out the pool, but all I ended up doing was sleeping and going to the doctor. I found the check-in staff unenthusiastic and perfunctory. They didn't proactively explain anything about the stay, and their communication skills were average. It wasn't a good experience for a star-rated hotel. After leaving, the hotel sales team called me back and genuinely inquired about my stay, patiently answering my questions and communicating very well. I won't leave a bad review, but I hope for improvements.

I stayed at the Marriott with my kids for a competition. It's right next to the exhibition center; you can walk from the Marriott lobby to Entrance 25 of the exhibition in just two minutes. There's also a connecting corridor to the Sheraton. The Marriott rooms are quite spacious, and they have bathtubs. The electricity turns on automatically when you use your key card. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM and is very rich and comprehensive, offering everything you could want. On the 6th floor, there's a gym, swimming pool, and a kids' play area. The kids' play area is a lot of fun and is open until 10:30 PM; hotel guests can use it for free. Laundry is a paid service. Food delivery isn't allowed to rooms, but there are delivery lockers outside the lobby, which makes picking up food very convenient. The yellow broth beef noodles at the Noodle Hall on the second floor were delicious – not spicy and very tasty. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor has even better à la carte dishes, highly recommended. Emily at the front desk was very attentive and patient during check-in, helping us resolve all our questions. I'll definitely choose the Marriott again next time.

Honestly, just so confused as to why this place is called a 5-star. It is most certainly not 5- star. The room and the bathroom weren’t even squeaky clean. The bathroom had all these dirt marks along the shower and the toilet. The hotel is sold to have a pool, but the pool is actually a public pool that was just full of kids. It was also said that the breakfast is western. Western? I don’t understand what they’re referring to because the breakfast we had was very much Chinese. If I’m eating rice and chicken curry at breakfast that is not western. There wasn’t even any cereal, the most basic form of western breakfast. The whole place is just doing too much, there’s a convention room, some shops etc all at one place. The meal area looked like a high school canteen. There was absolutely nothing 5-star about this hotel. Honestly, if you are expecting 5-star, DO NOT go to this hotel. The only good this is the staff were nice. 

I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza. The hotel is modern, clean, and upscale, with a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms felt well-maintained and high quality. I also had the breakfast buffet and was very pleased with the variety and quality of the food. The service was professional, and the overall experience felt luxurious without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a comfortable and upscale stay, Crowne Plaza is an excellent choice.

The hotel's location is excellent and the environment is peaceful. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; their check-in process was very genuine and authentic, without any robotic smiles or canned phrases. We chatted about local attractions, and she gave very pertinent advice, even proactively asking if I needed a late check-out. The whole interaction felt as comfortable as talking to a friend. The room, as always, was spacious and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. This stay was great, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Eco-City.

The price was proportional to the quality. The front desk staff had a great attitude and answered calls promptly. The cleaning staff were polite. There were many dining options nearby, which was convenient. You could get vouchers from the front desk to use the Hao Rui gym on the sixth floor. The elevators were fast and went directly to the higher floors. If I have the chance, I would come again.
