If you are a business man inside the hotel there is a special floor Deep Sleeping with some special devices and accessories, massage, it is really helpful after hard meetings. That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail.
The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool.
Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food).
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

In my opinion, the hotel was really great and you get what you paid for. The gym is small but very clean, the staff are really nice, and the breakfast is delicious. It is strategically located outside the train station and a 2km walk away from Nanchang Street. Whatās more important is there is no smell of smoke in lift, which left a great impression with me. Overall, very good and will recommend.

The hotel is a mini ancient town, close to Shangxian River Wetland Park. The small bridge and flowing water are very beautiful, and the hotel courtyard is also carefully designed. Because it was my birthday, the hotel arranged the best location for me. The central garden is right outside the gate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and sanitary, and each area is large. A lot of drinks, fruits, and health drinks are delivered every day. The housekeeper Feng Yukai is serious and responsible, humble and polite, and tries his best to meet the various needs of the guests. It is about half an hour's drive from various attractions, and you can call a car in a few minutes on foot. The porter is also very good and helps carry the boxes in and out of the hotel. The breakfast is Chinese style, and it would be better if the variety was richer. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Wuxi in the future!

Advantages: Mo's house is located in the core area of āāNanchang Street. When you go out, you will see the bustling crowd. Opposite is the popular restaurant Miss Tuesday (the dishes are very average). It is quiet in the bustling city. The location is invincible. It is very close to any popular attractions in Nanchang Street. The decoration inside the hotel is simple and simple, with a sense of history. The room is fully equipped. ZZainubA very well designed and beautiful hotel. One of the best Radisson hotels I've ever been to. There's a Starbucks at yhe hotel which was very convenient. QQiyingHoliday Inn is very well located right beside the Wuxi train station. Connected at Level 2 allows an easy access to the train station and the various eateries around.
Excellent hotel service who provided clear instructions as well as good support to all the questions that we may have. In particular, Phoebe helped us with the check in, she was friendly and very helpful in letting us know how to get around Wuxi and provided us a map around the key scenic areas for our short stay.
The stay was exceptionally comfortable with options of hard/soft pillows, clean and smoke-free rooms. Hotel beds were super comfortable and big. Certainly a highly recommended hotel for families with kids, couples and etc.

CClaire EmilyWe stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have childrenās crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The childrenās play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasnāt expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

WWAI PING ALFREDStayed in this Rocase serviced apartment, rooms 8601 and 8606 (level 6, not 8). Rooms are very clean, spacious. There are 2 separate bedrooms with a king size bed and a queen size bed in the other. Each has its own ensuite toilet. Equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer combined. Asked reception for detergent powder. Walking distance to nearby åē¦
åÆŗ and the street was a delight to walk and shop at after dinner. Good for a 1-2 day stay. Morning International breakfast was a 50m walk away to the adjoining Rocase Hotel basement 1. Only thing is that the reception staff could have been more hospitable and smile more. Would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel stay was a great experience! As soon as you enter the lobby, the decoration is exquisite and the warm lighting makes you relax instantly. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and efficient. They checked me in quickly and answered questions carefully. Thank you, Nicole. The room is even more amazing, spotlessly clean, with brand new facilities, smart toilets, and HD TVs. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I fell asleep in seconds that night. The location of the hotel is excellent. The shopping mall is just a few minutes' walk away, and the high-speed rail station and airport are also within easy reach. The price is affordable and the cost performance is full. I can't find any fault with this stay, and I will stay here again next time I come here!

SSimonWe liked the size of the Apartment, but especially the windows were very dirty from the inside. Lots of Fingerprints etc were there. The breakfast was okay, a Bit fatty and choice for a 5 Star Hotel somehow limited. The location is nearby the Centre metro station, Which was Perfect.

GGuest UserI had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ā#65 coffee shopā up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

LLucianoIt's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes.
Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view.
The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected.
Check in and check out flawless.
My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).
