GGuest UserLoved this hotel! The service was truly heartfelt, and we're quite particular guests. We had a lot of requests regarding our room upon arrival, and the staff member who assisted us was incredibly patient, explaining what could and couldn't be arranged. Although not all our requests were met in the end, we were very satisfied with the front desk service. The communication was smooth, and we felt she was very professional!
I'm quite particular about room layouts – I don't want the last room or one facing a service elevator, as those tend to be noisy. The room the front desk assigned us had none of those issues. It was also very clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly thoughtful and greeted us warmly.
The surrounding area is nice, and the location is convenient, close to the airport! The hotel facilities are excellent! The dining options were all open, which perfectly compensated for the fact that most surrounding restaurants were closed during the New Year period!

GGuest UserWe stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services.
The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away.
My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

GGuest UserThe Hengqin Bay Hotel is the perfect choice for a family vacation, and our stay this time was fantastic! Driving there was easy, with plenty of parking spots and security guards guiding us. From the moment we checked in, everything was delightful. The front desk staff were friendly, handled the check-in quickly and professionally, and upon hearing it was our birthday, thoughtfully upgraded our room and patiently explained the hotel facilities. The lobby itself was stunning: a massive glass coral installation, a pleasant aroma, and attentive service. The kids were instantly captivated by the magic and clowns, immediately diving into 'play mode.'
The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bathtub was clean, the towels were soft, and the toiletries were excellent. The lighting fixtures, designed with marine elements, were adorable. Facilities were comprehensive, the WiFi was strong, and the carpeted room and hallway ensured a quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that suited everyone's taste, and both the gym and pool were well-maintained. Check-out was simple and quick, just dropping off the card.
The adjacent Ocean Kingdom was the highlight, and the daily fireworks show is not to be missed. The Whale Shark Exhibit was mysterious and dreamy, making for an excellent photography backdrop. During an evening stroll, the flamingos in the seahorse area and the hotel's dolphin pool provided a delightful view, adding to the holiday atmosphere. The butler service was prompt and responsive, quickly providing clear answers to all our inquiries. We were satisfied with everything. Dinner was abundant, and the room's playful decor was a hit with the kids. The large lobby had plenty of seating for relaxation, and its design was very child-friendly, providing endless fun. The hotel's specialty restaurants offered a rich selection of cuisine, and the buffet ingredients were fresh. The dining staff were also very patient and helpful, and the food in the restaurants could satisfy various palates, keeping the little ones entertained. Booking the hotel + package deal offered great value for money. The entire trip was happy and wonderful. The Hengqin Bay Hotel has a great ambiance and provided a very pleasant stay. We will definitely choose it again next time.

GGuest UserOur family chose to visit Chimelong Hengqin during the Chinese New Year, mainly because we had such a great experience at Chimelong Guangzhou before. We arrived on New Year's Eve morning, and even though the hotel lobby was packed, the staff guided us efficiently through check-in, luggage storage, and showed us where to catch the shuttle bus. This allowed us to start enjoying the park very quickly!
**Environment:** The hotel's location is fantastic for quick access to the Ocean Kingdom, and it's not far from the Chimelong Show. There's also a shuttle service to the Spaceship Park. During the New Year, the atmosphere was incredibly festive everywhere. The abundance of activities made us feel the strong spirit of the New Year, even though we were away from home!
**Facilities:** Our room wasn't huge, but it was cozy and comfortable. The best part was our room's location, which offered an excellent view of the fireworks and drone show.
**Food:** There are five dining options near the hotel, catering to various tastes. You can choose from the Emperor Penguin Buffet, where you can watch penguins, the Fireworks Restaurant with stunning views, the Fountain Restaurant for local seafood street food, the international-themed Food Street, or the more down-to-earth Food Court.
Finally, a huge thank you to all the hotel staff and park performers for taking such comprehensive care of us during the New Year. From the butler's thoughtful tips and quick, helpful responses to every question, to the housekeeping staff leaving thoughtful gifts and fruit for the children, and the genuine smiles on everyone's faces, plus the constant New Year greetings we heard everywhere – our two-day trip was short but incredibly joyful! We look forward to our next visit and hope to experience the unique charm of other Chimelong resorts in the future!

EE14996****I was pleasantly surprised by how new and clean the hotel was. The view overlooking Hengqin was amazing, and it was quiet with fewer people around. Cycling in the area was very comfortable, and there's also a food court. Since we transferred here from the Marriott in the city center on our last day, this hotel felt much newer in comparison. For two five-star hotels, the Marriott felt a bit dated.

The room was spacious with a well-designed, user-friendly layout! The large balcony offered a comfortable view of the pool and the sea! Breakfast was good. The Rice Restaurant serves Southeast Asian cuisine, which wasn't quite to my taste; I preferred the Cantonese dishes. The overall design and layout of the hotel are excellent! A special shout-out to our butler, Cheryl and Holly! They added me on WeChat even before we arrived, preparing everything in advance. After check-in, no matter how big or small the request, they responded immediately via WeChat and arranged everything perfectly. I'm very satisfied with their service! And they're beautiful too! 😄😄

We arrived around 2 AM, and the front desk staff graciously extended our check-out time to 2 PM. However, we were woken up early by incessant, hysterical screaming outside. I called the front desk, and a woman answered, but she reacted with indifference to my concerns. When we left, another woman apologized and offered a gift as compensation. Honestly, who needs a gift when you're so angry from lack of sleep?

GGuest UserChoosing the right hotel is so crucial when traveling with kids! This hotel has a fantastic environment, with a spacious and bright lobby that really sets a relaxing, holiday mood. The in-room facilities for families are incredibly thoughtful, and my child absolutely loved them. During our stay, we were truly touched by a staff member named Niya. Whether it was helping us with a baby chair when ordering food, or gently reminding our child to be careful when running around the lobby, Niya always had a genuine smile on her face. You could tell she genuinely loves children, and her meticulous care made us parents feel completely at ease. Our whole family had a wonderful stay, and we really want to commend Niya!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, very convenient. It's a short walk to the sightseeing platform with great views, where you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. There are plenty of dining options nearby too. The front desk staff were very friendly and even helped me move my luggage when I changed rooms. The only thing I'd suggest is a better hairdryer, as the current one isn't powerful enough to dry my hair properly.

Pros:
The lobby staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was very convenient.
Cons:
1. The facilities are outdated and clearly can't keep up with modern standards. There's a disconnect between the service and the hardware. There are no charging outlets on either side of the bed, nor any USB ports. The bedside table didn't have tissues. No children's toiletries or slippers were provided for kids staying there. The room only had two bottles of mineral water, and the minibar fridge was empty and wasn't refilled on the second day.
2. Check-in was incredibly late; we didn't get into our room until almost 4 PM.
3. The staff member cooking noodles at the buffet had a terrible attitude and was very rude. The food items were also placed too far apart.
