This hotel is conveniently located near the Latin Bridge in the city center, right by the Grand Bazaar and the mosque. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. For 700 RMB, the room rate includes a pretty good breakfast. The front desk service was warm and attentive; when we had to leave for the airport in the middle of the night, the female staff member enthusiastically arranged a taxi and took care of all the necessary details, which was truly commendable. If you're traveling to Sarajevo, this hotel is a solid option.

The hotel is very near to the tourist centres therefore it is so convenient. Hotel parking is available. We stayed for 2 nights.

Excellent hotel, and the breakfast was great too. It's very close to the main tourist attractions, and the surrounding area is lovely. The staff were warm and friendly. Highly recommended, Sarajevo is a wonderful city and worth visiting.

The hotel's location is excellent.

The staff service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was inexpensive yet in a great location. The only downside was that it wasn't too cold when I went in November, but the heating was always on, so I had to sleep with the windows open, which caused some annoying little bugs to fly in. The air conditioner remote control was not allowed to be used.

The hotel is located in the most touristic area of Sarajevo, which is very convenient. The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are old. If you don't mind, this place would be a good choice.

The room is very clean, free parking, breakfast is very good, milk, coffee and fruit are all available, the location is super good, quiet in the middle of the city, right in the center of the ancient city, you can walk to any attraction in the city

The location is excellent, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, it is a very cost-effective experience, if I come to Sarajevo next time, I will stay here again.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sarajevo, with a prime location close to popular attractions. It's basically within walking distance, and there's free parking. The room was quite large, though the decor was a bit dated, but overall it was quite good.

The cold water flow of the shower faucet in the room was smaller than that of the sink. I used the sink to take showers both nights. It was the same as if the air conditioner was on or off. The front desk responded to it to no avail. They came up and pretended to take a look and then left, which was no good. They were willing to change rooms for me. The hotel staff's attitude was average. Ctrip's customer service attitude is very good, but this hotel is really not good, it's so annoying!

Located in the center of Sarajevo's old town, it is well connected. You can walk every day to go out and play. The Latin Bridge, mosque, shopping street, and church are all within easy reach. The hotel breakfast is also very good, the restaurant is very beautiful, and the room provides disposable slippers and a kettle. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Yellow Castle to get the beautiful sunset of Sarajevo, and you can also pass by the war martyrs' cemetery.

The location of the hotel is in the old town, very convenient. Lobby staff are very polite. Delicious breakfast, good WiFi ok. It is worth living again. I think this hotel is good.
