Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

The food was very good. The spa/pool was nice and clean. We would have given this place 5/5 if it wasn’t for the beds. We stayed in the ”Wolf” room. The beds were way too hard. A pity they haven’t invested in better beds when everything else is so nice and good.

Charming hotel under Trebević offers great variety of drinks and sweets (visited their restaurant). The service is fast and kind, had delicious trileče and blueberry juice. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Pino, Trebević (Sarajevo) from 31.12.2025–06.01.2026 (4 people) and left 3 days early due to the terrible conditions. The entire hotel was cold, including rooms, breakfast area, and wellness. Breakfast was cold, cleaning service was poor, and the restaurant is overpriced. We were served a burned pizza, sent it back, and received an undercooked one. The so-called wellness area was a disaster: cold pool, dirty and unhygienic sauna, not even turned on, no oils available, and we had to search for staff. Nothing relaxing about it at all. The stay caused stress and illness, and despite leaving early, no refund was offered. Do not recommend. Additional photos attached.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful natural setting in Sarajevo , just a few minutes from the-old part of the city. Friendly staff, great breakfast and a relaxing wellness area. Unique architecture .
