Blow dryer was missing. Toilet paper holder was falling from the wall. Refrigerator and cabinet doors would not stay closed and falling off.

If you're looking for a clean, cost competitive, average place to stay- this is it. We weren't looking for fancy, just a clean place to rest and have stayed here more than once. The room was nice and there was a nice big walk in shower. Casino wise it's not for the high roller. We are not big gamblers so it didn't matter to us. It's at the end of the strip and smaller however, that can work in your favor if you don't want to fight crowds. There is a Starbucks which is a definite bonus because I have yet to find a good cup of hotel room coffee. They are working on making this a fully non smoking casino.

Hotel rooms seemed to be totally remodeled. Very nice decor with huge bathroom and balcony facing the snow capped mountains. Close to all attractions.

We booked a double queen room. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is under construction and confusing to maneuver during the construction. The casino is quiet, lacking many popular games, including table games and the energy is just off.

Really bad experience, no hot water, ac doing a lot of noise, and no jacuzzi working I left and still not working, I change room and still was having trouble with hot water or even no water. :(

We needed a room for a concert at Harveys and the facility is old and not maintained. The rooms air conditioner didnt work well and the entire place needs a facelift...
I will not stay there again. It doesnt seem like a hotel that should be located in South Lake Tahoe...It gives you a "Trashy" vibe...
Its like your staying in an economy hotel...and we paid almost $400.00 for one night after all the fees were thrown in!!!

It was a terrible experience. We reserved A non-smoking room though trip.com but when we arrived, we were told that the non smoking request information was not shared with the hotel. When we asked for a non-smoking room, we were told it was not available. I showed the manager our reservation and he told me that the reservation doesn’t matter because we went through a third-party. The manager was extremely rude and condescending and told me next time not to be so cheap if I wanted to book a room, I should’ve booked it directly through them to ensure a non-smoking room. We will never be back.

Trip.com did not send my reservation to hotel. I had to contact them 3 times to get them to confirm the reservation with the hotel and they can see my reservation. We booked a premiere King with lake view for 3 nights. The room advertised on the website was almost close to the room we got. We did not get floor to ceiling windows like shown on the website. We had no A/C the 1st night, when Air conditioning is advertised as an amenity. We called it in, they fixed it, but then it stopped working again within 6 hours. In the afternoon of the 2nd day, we had no A/C again and then the A/C unit started leaking and destroyed the ceiling. We had to ask to be moved. They blamed it on condensation and didn't want to move us. They downgraded us to a smaller room and different room type, a 2 bedded Queen room with lake view. Upon check out, the hotel charged us for Valet parking and self parking for all 3 nights. The hotel charged us the total cost of the room each night, because Trip.com did not send the payment to the hotel. The hotel said we charged your card because we didn't have the 3rd party payment card on file for your reservation. Never once did any hotel staff apologize for the problems and they refused to upgrade us or provide any compensation for the problems. No service recovery at all.

Service: Absolutely no service. The hotel doesn't offer room service at all; I had to go to the front desk three times to get a towel. I waited all day for coffee, and it still hadn't arrived. It was a complete mess.
