There was an emergency, and the hotel wouldn't help with the rescheduling. (I won't even mention a refund.) We lost 19,000 rubles. We don't know what's going on at the hotel because we couldn't get in.

The room faces the Holy Trinity Church. The lights of the church after dark are amazing. The small roads in the town are a bit difficult to navigate, but once you find the place, it is still convenient to drive. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

The location is good, but the facilities on the terrace are basically dilapidated. Other than that, it's ok. The room is not big but clean.

This is the hotel with the best view of my trip to Georgia and the best view I have ever been to in the world. I could not get enough of the view from my balcony. It was much better than I thought, considering the price I paid. If I go back, this will be the first place I want to stay and tell others. The staff took good care of me. There was a slight problem with checking in, but everything went smoothly. Most importantly, the food and coffee were very delicious.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel is in a good location, the view is great, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and the honey chicken wings are impressive.

The hotel's terrace and rooftop have a good view. Facing the snow-capped mountains. But the room given does not face the snow-capped mountains. The room is small, the bed is very narrow, less than one meter wide, and you need a key to open the door, there is no room card. The room is not soundproof, there are cows, sheep and dogs at the back, and the barking of dogs is very loud. The breakfast is simple and replenished quickly.

The room with terrace is nice, facing the snowy mountain. The other side is not so clear.

It's already one of the better ones in the area. Not bad. Booked it for a friend

It was a great place to stay with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was also delicious. There was a power outage during my stay.
