Visited Tuscany for a wedding. We placed our toddler and babysitter in Florence Hills Resort & Wellness, before joining them for the final night. We booked the Deluxe Apartment with five beds. Our two-storey apartment was modern, clean and very functional. The two large bedrooms (with double beds) both had air condition, and yet another was found in the living room. There was a kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave and a dining table inside, as well as a spacious balcony. Standards were generally high. This would seem an ideal place for a large family, two smaller ones travelling together, or a group of friends. The pool area was the natural place to hang out during the day. This was clean and tidy, with a kiddy pool as well as a deeper one. For our stay there were plenty of sunbeds and generally a chill atmosphere. Close by there was also a small playground. Pelago, the village, is peaceful, cozy and very Italian. There is a tiny supermarket, a bistro, a few other shops and a bus stop - not much more. But the food is great, you find the groceries you need and people are friendly. Although, if you drive anything bigger than a Fiat 500 parking is tight. I recommend leaving your rental at the hotel and walking the 300 meters to get there. All in all, Florence Hills Resort & Wellness is a nice place to stay, in a region well worth a visit. The crew are friendly, the beds comfy and the general impression all over good. I can recommend going here.

Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak.
Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!

The property is really nice in terms of design with lots of potential but unfortunately it’s really poorly run.
The staff was helpful and kind but there were only 3 people working on the entire place, no receptionist, no concierge, no customer service. I would never stay here again.

I have been there for 20 minutes only. It was terrible. We booked a superior apartment for 2 (me and my old aunt) to have 2 separate rooms. Once arrived after 200 km drive they brought us to a single bedroom apartment with a double bed to share. They said that had a technical problem and they did not even call us!! We've been offered a discount and the right apartment the next day but that is a nonsense to make my aunt which is old and medical issues to share the same bed. Externally the structure is OK with a swimming pool. But I can say the are very unprofessional. The SPA was closed because of covid and it was not reported in the booking. 4 stars? Please... Never again. Never happened in my life and I am an experienced traveller.

Buongiorno, sono in questo resort a circa 15 km da Firenze in vacanza, da sola. Ottimi i servizi, la disponibilità in reception e il ristorante. Bello e curato l'ambiente della piscina, spaziose le camere, pulizia al top. E poi ci si sente davvero coccolati, per un esperienza che non ha prezzo!

Struttura progettata per essere una chicca ma purtroppo non viene gestita e curata come si deve. A primo impatto appena entriamo notiamo la piscina verde ….. il cloro lo potete mettere all’interno? Qualche ciotola è tutto cambia il prato bruciato e le camere poco pulite. Si ha un potenziale assurdo perché nn curare la struttura?

Hôtel vraiment au calme, pas d'animations et activités en journée et en soirée. Après 22 hrs hôtel mort. Personnel réduit, 2-3 personnes pour s'occuper de cet hôtel. Carte réduite au restaurant, temps d'attente trop long dû au fait que le cuisinier faisait aussi le service mais le dîner était excellent, tous les aliments étaient frais. Pour tout déplacement il faut prendre la voiture.

Soggiorno bello in una zona tranquilla circondata da ulivi e vigneti. Le camere negli appartamenti sono grandi e dispongono dei confort necessari (prodotti per lavarsi, asciugacapelli,minibar,asciugamani puliti, posate, bicchieri e piatti). Il wi fi prende bene. Consiglio di prenotare prima dell’arrivo il ristorante della struttura perché i posti disponibili sono pochi (giorno di chiusura il martedì). La Spa per il momento non e’ disponibile. Il personale e’ molto gentile e disponibile.
