We had the most wonderful stay here. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the whole place is beautiful and relaxing. The apar**ent (cipresse) was lovely with its own private garden and bbq. What really made our holiday outstanding were the wonderful staff - Francesca is a fabulous and lovely chef and we will never forget our family cookery class making ragu and gnocci. Tomasso was a great waiter, kind and helpful and we appreciated our Italian lessons. Valbona was so helpful and we have come home with plenty of the divine gin! Thank you for a lovely stay- we will be back!

Our experience at Podere Castellare was just simply incredible. And for many many reasons. First of all the people who run this place are fantastic. Adriano, the manager, is an incredible person and such a heartwarming spirit who made us feel at home the moment we stepped through the door. The whole place has a beautiful aesthetic and the interior design is has so much quality and style whilst being true to the surroundings and the nature that this gem is a part of. Felt like a chic interior magazine and we loved it. Clean and neat with everything we needed. THE FOOD IS INSANE! Like f***ing INCREDIBLE and all local. The breakfast was a feast and we sat for hours and enjoyed it. Very accommodating for any allergies or preferences (vegan, gluten-free etc). The pool area was so nice and so quiet. No music. No roads. Just silence. So much peace and quiet and we felt like we found paradise. One night Adriano set up a massive projector and we had an outdoor cinema in the evening breeze with the stars. So romantic and just an amazing stay through and through! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We will definitely be back!!! Ciao! ❤️

Podere a dir poco affascinante, ubicato su una collina con una vista mozzafiato. Accoglienza eccezionale da parte di tutto lo staff, in particolare modo Adriano si è rivelato un ottimo padrone di casa…perché ci si sente proprio a casa. Gin experience molto interessante durante la quale abbiamo scoperto e degustato i gin di loro produzione. Cena squisita proposta dalla giovane cuoca Bianca. Camere luminose, pulite e ben curate. In generale la struttura non delude le aspettative che avevamo a riguardo vedendo le foto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Eco resort immerso nel maestoso panorama toscano fatto di vigne, colline e boschi. Ottima posizione per fare passeggiate nei lunghi sentieri che circondano la struttura. Accoglienza eccellente, cordialità, familiarità e flessibilità totale da parte di tutto il personale in particolare di Adriano. Interessante la visita alla distilleria del gin. Ottima anche la cucina. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole passare qualche giorno in totale relax a contatto con la natura incontaminata.

Una struttura molto accogliente immersa in uno scenario naturale incantevole. Relax, silenzio, ri**i lenti. E poi Adriano, gentile, disponibile, di cuore, a rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un we condito di momenti piacevoli, buona cucina, passeggiate in una natura pazzesca, luci e silenzi doni della natura. A presto!!!

Un podere a dir poco eccezionale immerso nella natura fiorentina. Ci si sente subito a casa grazie all'accoglienza dello staff, in particolare il direttore Adriano, super disponibile, e Francesco, gentilissimo e capace di preparare dei cocktails spettacolari (consiglio il cocktail del podere). Una tappa super consigliata!

We verbleven als gezin een weekje in dit hotel. Adriano was gastvrij en erg vriendelijk naar de kinderen. Ook de rest van het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De ligging is geweldig, zeer rustig, met prachtig vergezichten. Firenze is maar een klein half uurtje verder. We hadden een familiekamer: twee aansluitende kamers met twee badkamers. Alles was erg netjes, gezellig! Het ontbijt werd aan tafel geserveerd, was elke ochtend een klein beetje anders. Heel lekker! Wel misten we wat variatie in brood. 's Avonds maakten we verschillende keren gebruik van het restaurant: zeer lekker! En wanneer het eten buiten werd geserveerd, ook heel gezellig en sfeerrijk. Het hotel heeft een zwembad, waar je rustig kan zonnen of afkoelen na een warme dag. Wij, als ouders, maar ook onze twee kleine kinderen hebben enorm genoten van de schoonheid van de omgeving, de rust, de gastvrijheid en het lekkere eten!

Wij (een stel van begin 30 uit NL) hebben het hier geweldig gehad. Het is een hele idyllische plek met prachtig uitzicht waar je bij wegdroomt. Eten, kamers, wijn, zwembad is heerlijk en alles is goed schoon. Veel oog voor details van leuke zitjes en lichtjes savonds, veel plekken om te relaxen en het zwembad is heerlijk. Maar wat deze plek echt top maakt in de service. De manager, medewerkers en kok doen alles om je een fijn verblijf te geven. Ik had wat speciale verzoeken die niet op de kaart stonden, geen probleem! Ze onthouden hoe je je koffie graag drinkt, dit soort details maken de ervaring! Zeker een aanrader en wij komen sowieso terug.
