The suite was nice, but there were a lot of rooms on one floor, and ours was at the very end. There's a room for luggage storage, but it doesn't have a lock and it's free; it's based on trust and personal responsibility. The hotel's location is great, but the breakfast quality was average and it was very crowded.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Central train station with nearby attractions and good cafes, all in walking distance. The hotel vibe kinda reminds me of Hard Rock hotels. We visited in mid July and boy it was hot in Stockholm… There is no fridge in the room but you can get ice cubes from the bar and from dedicated ice machines at floor 2 & 4. Housekeeping is not done daily but the staff were fast to respond whenever we asked for anything we needed. We had an early morning flight home and it was a fast and smooth journey to the airport via the Arlanda Express train station which is only 5 mins walk away. Bonus tip: For muslim travelers, there is halal Kebab House few minutes walk from the hotel.

The room we stayed in was on the second floor and had a nice view. It was spacious, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Everything was very clean. The location is great—it’s close to the train station, and there’s a fast-food restaurant and a convenience store just across the street. If we visit Stockholm again, we would definitely stay here again.

Location is very good. Very close to AirPort Express, bus. There’s 7-11 cross the street, which selection is very nice. Room itself, room interior looks old but well maintained.

The hotel is centrally located in Stockholm. It's about a 10-minute walk from Central Station after taking the Arlanda Express from the airport. The rooms are a bit small but functional, and the breakfast spread is decent. The common areas are quite comfortable. It's also a short walk to the T-Centralen metro station, making it convenient to experience Stockholm's famously well-designed subway system.

Pretty good! It's very close to both the train and bus stations. The street view is also nice! I'll definitely come back. Storing and retrieving luggage was very convenient. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and they recommended a room with a great orientation for me.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. A lot of shops, restaurants and convenience stores within the vicinity. The city’s main train station was very close by. The rooms were more spacious than expected. The property is well maintained, considering that it’s one of the oldest buildings in the city. Overall, a nice place to stay at when visiting Stockholm.

I like location. Location is not far from shopping centers you can walk around 1km. Breakfast is very good even though we stay here3 nights and there is the same food every day. Salad, fruits , yogurt are healthy. Room service is available but you have to inform before 11 pm. Bath towel is old .

The hotel is close to the bus station Cityterminalen about 5 minutes walk, nice breakfast, close to major sight seeing

No tissues were provided, which was surprising. The water glasses were incredibly dirty, to the point of being unusable. Even the spare toilet paper in the restroom had black marks on it, I couldn't tell if it was dust or mold.

Hotel locate close to Arlanda express airport train exit at Central station, room was good and staff with excellent service.

We were given a room in the semi-basement. The room itself was clean and the front desk service was good. There was a sofa bed in the room, and since we were 2 adults and 1 child, it should have been made up for us in advance, but it wasn't, so I had to do it myself. The breakfast was quite varied and tasty!

The room is very spacious. I have a good experience staying in the hotel. The location is very convenient.
