Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

A mive place to stay in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location, plenty to do in the vicinity. Lovely clean rooms with everything you need. The best Premier Inn we've been to. Highly recommend.

We had booked this hotel a few days before our planned visit to Trentham gardens. However at 11.00 on the day of our stay I received a call from the hotel telling me they had to cancel my booking as the hotel was closed due to emergency maintenance. By this time we were already in the vicinity and had to spend precious time finding a local alternative. Premier inn reassured me I’d be refunded, as if this was something above and beyond the very basic they had to do, I told them that they should also offering some goodwill gesture, but this was refused. They offered an alternative hotel 10 miles away which we declined. Once on site it looked very much like the hotel WAS open and I saw no maintenance vehicles. I will think very carefully before reserving any premier inn again. Thanks very much to holiday inn for saving the day.

We had 3 family rooms which were all set up on our arrival. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very professional. We ate dinner and breakfast which were really delicious and good value for money. The location is on the Trentham Gardens estate and close to monkey forest which we went to. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable staff very helpful especially Adrian who was helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

The location was great both from the M6 and the Gardens/Shopping Outlets. Room was quiet, no traffic noise and ideal for our 3 night stay. Good value however service for Bar and Reception could be better,Staff numbers?. However special mention to Adrian,Staff Member who helped to make our stay an enjoyable one - polite,service with a smile and took time with the guests when he could in between doing his tasks.Thanks Adrian.

We arrived 11 am sharp as we paid for early check as we was getting ready for a wedding, we was told if there is a room not ready we may have to wait this is disappointing we wanted to check in straight away as we had a wedding , we found the staff un helpful and nobody on the main desk when you ring the bell we had to go over to the breakfast bit to get some staff to come over

Having paid for a premium plus room we were disappointed in the view of the dual carriageway. The room was clean but what let our stay down was the tea/coffee making facilities, the coffee & tea were virtually un drinkable. At breakfast the next morning lots of food & drink etc were not filled/ topped back up and staff were just chatting to each other.

It's an upper-end Premier Inn: good-sized room, VERY quiet, good night's sleep, indifferent staff. Our second stay here - price has risen considerably.
