The hotel is beautiful. It is located at the heart of Stone town. If you like luxury than this hotel is for you. I’m definitely going to go back. The food and the friendly staff made my stay extra special.

The room was nice and clean. The service is quite good and proactive. The environment is great. There is also the only Chinese restaurant on Sang Island 300 meters away, which is very cost-effective. Recommended. However, the dolphin watching and prison island recommended by the hotel are relatively expensive, so if possible, look outside.

A standard 5-star hotel with outdated equipment. Compared to the all-inclusive star resorts in the north, the Park Hyatt is not as cost-effective in terms of services and hardware. Dinner management was a bit chaotic.

It is the best hotel in town. The rooms are clean and have complete facilities. The hotel is an old palace. unique Close to the beach and city can walk anywhere The staff is very attentive. The evening sunset is very beautiful.

I highly recommend visiting Stonestown as it feels like the melting pot of the world. To me the architecture feels like Venice mixed with Africa and the Middle East. When traveling to more unknown parts of the world- safety is paramount to any luxury traveling experience. Despite its bustling location, it feels incredibly safe and tranquil within the immaculately curated ground of the hotel. The hotel almost feels like a museum. The Park Hyatt is incredibly well located at the tip of stonestown. Rooms with water views are well appointed have expansive views of the harbor and have great lighting. Given the historic and almost boutique nature of the hotel (＜70 rooms) the service is personalized but not overbearing. The staff is attentive to detail and addresses you by name. This location lives up to the Park Hyatt brand. I highly recommend this hotel and please spend time by the pool, taking in the view and leave ample time for the complimentary breakfast as it is quite lovely with an exotic selection of fruits, Al la carte items and bespoke items to the region. Employees are all well trained, happy to help, and not pushy to upsell (which I really appreciate). Even the security guards were friendly and willing to cater to our every need. Tip: ask for a room with a water view

This hotel is one of a kind with a staff that is ready to make your stay better then you anticipated. The staff went out of their way to help us around Stone Town and took care of our every need beyond what could be normally expected.

The hotel is an oasis of calm and beauty in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the historic Stone Town. The staff are extremely friendly, our rooms was excellent and the food was very good. The hotel is in a beautiful and historic former palace and has a beautiful public beach on one side and access to the beautiful small streets, buildings and shops of Stone Town on the other side
