Charming small hotel in Stonetown’s elegant tourist neighborhood, close to high end shopping and the Freddie Mercury Museum. Very fine place, response service and stunning period decor. Rooftop breakfast service with extraordinary view of the harbor. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, charming and quaint hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Beautifully renovated modern bathroom with a huge walk in shower! The receptionist, Esta was a gem of a human being! The breakfasts were 3 course and delicious! This was truly a memorable first class experiance that i will never forget.

Amazing old Zanzibar house with lovely staff in very central but still calm location. Super nice and clean room with a comfy bed and a free standing bathtub (room No. 5). The breakfast on the roof with a cool breeze from the ocean was perfect as well. Highly recommended!

Great location to the centre with lots to do and see! Very friendly staff, wonderful aircon in the rooms and a very comfortable bed! Would definitely recommend to all friends and family to stay here whilst in Zanzibar. Thank you for making our stay so special 💖

Fantastic customer service. The staff really go above and beyond to help you out and make your stay as good as possible. Breakfast on the terrace is delicious. The hotel decor is beautiful and the ambience in the hotel is wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a central location in Stone Town but in a quiet area.

Very nice place close to the center. Rooms are really nice and comfortable, the restaurant is really good and people are gentle. Very nice welcoming and they offers excursion and personal tour guide during your stay. Special mention to Tumaini, she was really kind and gentle. Highly recommend for your vacation in Stone Town. We had a lovely stay at Kisiwa House - a beautiful building in the heart of Stone Town. The room was spacious and air conditioned and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling, especially the hotel manager Frank, who helped us out when we had a problem on our tour. Would recommend.
