Our family of four (two adults with young-adult children) stayed in the Bourton apartment for two nights. A day or two prior to our stay, check-in instructions were sent via email. We had no issues getting into our apartment. The apartment was clean, updated, had convenient parking, and was all-around quiet. *One wall does face the busy main street, so those windows had to stay closed to drown out the street noise. We appreciated the space and having two full bathrooms. Being that we're all coffee drinkers, we loved having a Nespresso machine. Along with that, there are multiple places to walk to for coffee and breakfast, along with dinner. We loved being so close to everything!

What a place to stay or live. We stayed here for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. So much space, outstanding amenities, decor and furniture. Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly cleaned and serviced. Seamless communication with the host. Highly recommend.

This is our 3rd time visiting. Ella had done an amazing job so many changes and refreshing the property new sofas, new curtains new bedspreads, offering complimentary drinks and mini bottles of red and white wine. Electric fans in each bedroom. What a touch. Spotlessly cleaned. We even had a BBQ in the garden and plenty of garden furniture. We highly recommend this place, is one of our favourite in the Cotswolds. Not to mention you get a safe and secured parking space included in the price.

We are in the process of fighting this charge with our credit card company. We reserved an apartment through Priceline. Despite several email communications prior to our arrival, they never sent us access codes. When we arrived, there was no one working and the phone number was disconnected. We ended up having to drive to Oxford and find another place to stay.

Great location and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and the staff (Ela) was very friendly and professional.

We are a family of four and recently stayed for one night in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Overall, the apartment was spacious and very well presented and well equipped with facilities (washer, dishwasher, microwave etc), with a modern feel. Parking was just across the main A429 and was easy and convenient. There were some thoughtful touches on arrival, including 2 individual size bottles of wine (one red and one white), 2 cans of water and tea and coffee. The towels and the bed linen were nice and crisp and clean That said, there were a few drawbacks. Despite being advertised as two bathrooms, there was only bathroom with a shower, and this shower room was very small and quite cramped. Lighting in the bathroom as also poor and not conducive to putting on makeup. My bedside table although it had a lamp did not have a power wire which made it unusable which was a little annoying. The major drawback was that one of the bedrooms (the one facing the main A429 road) was freezing and the heating did not seem to work, it was also noisy with road traffic noise from the busy A429. The underfloor heating was a nice feature, but it was difficult to regulate in the main living area, making it too warm in that room. The sofa was also not particularly comfortable. On the morning of checkout, there was a fire alarm which felt quite poorly managed. There didn’t seem to be any clear supervision from the apartment management – only a lady from the shop downstairs trying to assisting guests, which was a bit concerning. It transpired that it was caused by someone burning food in a downstairs apartment, but the lack of coordination was unsettling. In summary, a well-located and nicely presented apartment with good parking.

What a place. Where do I begin. Exceptional cleanliness, great location, very responsive host, comfortable amenities: especially the beds slept like kings, seamless check in instructions. It exceeded our expectations for what we paid . Felt like home away from home. The host Elsa went above and beyond with local recommendations and service provided . Really unforgettable stay. Cannot wait to return.

Such a stunning place, we stayed for 10 days Christmas and New Year. We made amazing memories. The apartments are like a very large 2 bedrooms house, with all the amenities you need. We had wine and treats and a big Christmas tree beautifully decorated in our living room. Outstanding communication with host Ela. Service provided free if charge we didn't even asked for it. Beautifully decorated with large comfortable beds and sofa . Large walking shower with underfloor heating, peaceful throughout the stay. Highly Recommended. Value for money..

I have no idea where to start, but the overarching comment is that I highly recommend you stay away from this property. The facilities are fine, really nothing special but what is incredibly concerning is the management and their communication. If you read through previous reviews, you will see a trend of the unhinged nature of the messages received if you make the smallest of complaints. We detailed something which resulted in us being undated with harassing messages which resulted in an investigation by *********** as they were in breach of terms and conditions. There are so many beautiful properties, supported by wonderful hosts. This unfortunately isn’t one of them.
