Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

It's great! The town has a strong German style. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the room. The roof outside the window is where pigeons live. The roof is full of pigeons. The Chris**as decorations on the first floor are very beautiful. The service is also very considerate.

It's right inside Petite France, next to the canal. Turn right when you go out and you'll find the scenic spot, which is convenient for sightseeing. The room is very nice and quiet. The scenery of this place is very similar to the style of Hayao Miyazaki's comics.

A very beautiful hotel with a good location, right outside the old town. The breakfast was also very delicious. It was a satisfying stay and I will come back again if I have the opportunity.

The location was very good and the room was spacious and old-fashioned. There is no elevator on the 4th floor and breakfast is poor compared to the cost.

A little expensive, but the location is great

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very modern and attractive. The terrace is very small, so you had to be lucky to get a seat as a hotel guest. Personally, I missed a bit of that special something at breakfast-everything was still portioned in small jars, no cucumbers/tomatoes or similar.

We had a lovely stay in this charming place. The rooms are clean and efficient. The staff were wonderful and even recommended a brilliant restaurant nearby for the best meal we’ve had whilst in France. I would highly recommend this property.

This is definitely the place to stay in petit France. It’s a lovely building right I. The middle of the action. We were a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast and luxury feel of the hotel though. In addition, they block off the roads leading in and out during the holiday season, which makes walking with heavy luggage a nightmare. We almost missed our train out of town. Our room also wasn’t ready at 4pm, Thrres laundry service, but to get one load done would have cost over €200. Overall, if you want to stay in the middle of the old town, you should stay here. Otherwise, save your money and stay elsewhere. It didn’t live up to the price for us.

This was a gorgeous hotel and I would highly recommend this location for anyone staying in Strasbourg. I will absolutely stay here again. Our room was luxurious, spacious & so accommodating. It was a like having our own suite.
