The location is amazing I didn’t need to take any transportation everything is near by just walk !

For this price point, this place is a total winner. The room had everything I needed, and the location couldn't be more convenient. A massive plus was the housekeeping—they kept the place tidy and cleaned every single day. Top marks

A good location in between the old town and European Parliament, with both within walking distance. Not a lot of food in the area in the summer, as many places were closed for holidays or closed early/opened late. However, the hotel itself was clean and quiet with standard amenities. The area is also very safe.

Do not have charging socket for the third bed Shower does not have curtain and water splashes all over For price it is pretty decent though

Location ok for those who visit European Parliament. Only a few tram stops away. Good breakfast for a busy quest. Service was kind and helpful. Facilities included all the necessities.

Even though the location is fine, the service of the hotel is unacceptable. During the check-in process, the reception lady only told us the room floor and didn't mention any checkout time or Wi-Fi password. Therefore, we followed the check-out time on the trip website. The following day they told me that we needed to leave before 11 pm and allowed us to spend more couple minutes. They said the time on the website was wrong but the problem is why they don't adjust and tell us during the check-in. It is bothering us to rashly prepare our staff to leave. Also, there was one thing to complain but it maybe was my special case. There was a poo in the toilet…… I think the quality of reception needs to well well-trained more and the check out time

We were given a room in the basement next to the service room. It was dark and unpleasant. The door looked like a prison door. The breakfast was terrible and unhygienic. Never again.
