13/08/2026 I left the room at 6.56am today and requested to clean the room (pressed the green button). at 12.36pm i came back and the room was not even touched but i saw the cleaning lady was cleaning another room at my floor so i went down hoping it will be cleaned soon. at 1.44pm i went upstairs, the cleaning lady is no longer there and my room is still the same. so i called housekeeping and they say they will send someone now. so i went down again. at 2.49pm i went back to my room again nothing..! ..what “4star” hotel is this??!!..is this european hotel standards?? and i have 4 more nights! 14/08/2026 Same situation, they just don’t bother to clean the room. i guess this is europe 4 star standards. 15/08/2026 They came to clean my room but it was coincidentally because the room next to mine was checkin out. 16/08 - 17/08/2026 They don’t bother to clean my room, change towels, topup tissue papers or soap. 18/08/2026 Suddenly they are on time to clean my room because i’m checking out (refer picture)..prior to that the lady was cleaning the room she left the vacuum from 10.50am until 11.50am.. What an ass this hotel house keeping services. 0 courtesy to check on customers but i guess that’s how european are service standards. Besides the comfortable room, overall the hotel is mid. 4 star is a bit too high. The breakfast spread was mid. The gym is rather small. The staff was OK. No bidet. Some good things were they have free laundry room. If you stay long it would be convenient. The location is walking distance to a small mall right in front. public transport is 3-5 min walk from the hotel. I choose this hotel because it was close to Strasbourg Bus Station. If i were to read the reviews i would have stayed at other hotel.

What a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is great, directly opposite a large shopping mall. It's also a short walk to the Old Town, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and tidy. There's a small laundry room on the first floor, and you can buy laundry detergent pods at the front desk for 2 euros. The lobby has a ping-pong table and a pool table. I recommend staying in a family room; the two beds are very large, and the room is relatively more spacious. The Cathedral View rooms are a bit smaller, and they face west, so they get very hot when the sun is out. At night, there's a music bar across the street, and the room's soundproofing isn't great, so it can be a bit noisy. Public parking lot P2 is a 5-minute walk away. We parked for two nights and used the hotel's discount voucher, which cost 32 euros.
