The environment is nice , the room is clean however the air conditioner in our room seems broke.

Our hotel bathroom was disgusting. Not only was it filthy, but there were bugs on the walls and ceiling. I paid $300 a night for this gross place.

It was nice. The sofa bed was hard. But the beds were comfortable.
The gym and pool are small, but good for the price. Open till 10.
The self serve breakfast was pretty good, buffet style. Had a lot of options. Like omelets, bacon, cereal, yogurt and fruit. And juice.
Coffee is always available.
The hotel is clean, bed comfortable, and the service was great.
Working heat and air conditioner.
Not far from the Outlets and some restaurants.

Reception, Breakfast and overall room situation are good. Somebody must had used the bathroom before we arrived. Left unpleasant odor and dirt of the commode. I looked for housekeeping but the young lady doesn't understand English. The old Indian cleaning does not have any lysol or air freshener. The bed spread and pillow cover looks somebody had lied down.

Stayed for one night and was very impressed. Requested early check in and it was no issue. The grounds and surrounding area is very clean and quiet. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Honestly couldn’t find one complaint about the property. Will definitely be back again!

The best place to stay in the Lancaster area! Great location! Fantastic amenities! And an added bonus is that the Fireside Tavern is adjacent to the hotel!

It’s located in the middle of the Amish community. Our room looked out into a huge beautiful open space!!
Check in was easy and the desk clerk was efficient, friendly and kind!!!!

Room was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast had decent choices, coffee was available 24 hours and alway was good and hot. Front desk lady left sour taste, she needs to learn how to soeak to customers. Rest of staff friendly and helpful.

The room was filthy. The smell is still on my clothes eight hours after leaving the establishment, the floor was sticky the carpet was dirty. There were splatter marks all over the mirror and handprints all over the walls and the bed frames. I mentioned to a staff member that my feet were sticking to the floor and she said not a problem I will handle it and nothing was done.
