Best Western Downtown Stuart

Room was as expected, but new towels were on the bathroom floor, maybe it’s just the area but my neighbors drinking beer and blocking the walkway at 7:30 am was a bit disheartening.

Nice staff, clean room… unfortunately, the hotel is right next to train tracks and I heard trains running and blowing their whistles throughout the night.

I didn’t like that the window shades didn’t cover the entire window, making me feel like someone could see what I was doing. Also, there wasn’t a soda vending machine that accepted card payments, but they did have one for snacks. I didn’t feel very safe in that area either. It was also very noisy, especially when an airplane or train was passing by. Overall, it was perfectly fine, just a bit noisy.

comfortable and clean room, ac was cold breakfast was freshand good coffee 24 hrs. only pro lem was noise from trains and planes, but I slept ok.

I booked room through *******. I neglected to add my wife's name to the booking. I talked to 2 people at the front counter and they declined to help. All they had to do was verify her name. She arrived 2 hours before I did and had to sit in her car for 2 hours until I arrived. Very poor customer service and an uncaring attitude.

The hotel was perfect for my short stay - easy reach of most major areas in and around Stuart . The staff were very nice and made me feel welcomed . My second stay here - I would stay again

The room was clean. the staff was friendly. the check-in was fast and smooth. the bathroom vanity doesn't have a place for my water flosser, which was the only thing I am not that happy with.
