Adagio Stuttgart Neckarpark

Unbelievably good apartment-hotel. Good facilities and great location

Good location and clean rooms with nice amenities… walking distance from station

I really enjoyed my stay at Aparthotel. The location is excellent, very close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, which is a great advantage for visitors to Stuttgart. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neat and tidy. I would also like to highlight the excellent service — the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city.

Exceptional stay. Everything from the modern facilities to the professional service was top-notch. Parking was a breeze, and the room layout was thoughtfully designed for comfort. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip! Danke

Very frustrating parking experience! The hotel does not have its own parking and uses a nearby partner car park. The parking rate is €2.50 per hour, with a maximum of €20 for 24 hours. We paid €20 in the morning at the payment machine next to the hotel, using our parking ticket. We then went back to the car and spent around 10 minutes loading our luggage. We had never left the car park and had not started a new parking session. When we drove to the exit, however, the barrier simply would not let us out. There was no clear explanation of why. We therefore had to drive back to the payment machine next to the hotel and insert the same parking ticket that we had already paid €20 for. To our surprise, the machine then asked us to pay another €2.50. This makes absolutely no sense from a customer’s perspective. We had already paid the €20 maximum for 24 hours, the car had remained inside the car park the entire time, and only around 10 minutes had passed since we paid. Yet the system apparently required another payment without giving any explanation. If there is some technical rule behind this, it should be clearly explained to hotel guests in advance. Calling it a €20 maximum for 24 hours while the system can unexpectedly require another €2.50 shortly after payment is extremely confusing and frustrating. The hotel should either provide its own parking or clearly explain how this partner car park actually works. This was an unnecessarily frustrating way to end our stay.

Location is easy to find, Premise carpark is costly but the side alley in front of the hotel is free but speck of luck. Hotel should consider offerring complimentary or concession rate for hotel guests. Understaffing could be an issue, as it seems like only 1 staff on duty at a time.
