A standard hotel, not in the city center, a little far from the downtown pedestrian street.
There is a supermarket next to it, which is convenient. You need to swipe your card to go to the elevator.
I think the surrounding area is a bit messy. I heard from passers-by that they saw someone in the lobby taking the opportunity to sneak into the elevator. There is no refrigerator.
The sound insulation is good. Although it faces the street, the window sound insulation is good, and the room is also very large.

The service at the front desk was very good and the room was good, but the house keeping was terrible. There was a knock on the door at 10 o'clock the next day, which was really bad.

Relatively new / or renovated hotel. We got a free upgrade and accordingly had a decent sized room which was very clean and quiet. Very good and fast WiFi and super friendly staff.

A bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning was running somehow, but not cooling. Was only to be used as a fan. (Cooling effect after a night at the highest level: from 23.5 to 23 degrees) The same for the safe, which was physically available but didn't show any function. We didn't have a TV on, maybe it was defective? You could have complained, but with a one-day stay, I had neither the desire nor the time. Breakfast was ok, but for 20 euros something more should have been offered.
