They currently have ant infestation, so think twice if you want to stay there! I noticed two ants two days ago in the room, but was too tired to raise an alarm. Next morning there was another ant in the cereal bowl, and in the evening the whole group marched out from the light switch through the bedside table. The lady at the reception tried to ignore the issue at first, claiming that that's normal in the summer, which is obviously not true, as these are not garden ants, but carpenter or odorous ants, and their presence on different floors proves a serious infestation. The receptionist tried to find another room, which proved impossible, as all twin rooms were booked. I need to admit it's the first time we have had any problem with this hotel network; so far, our experience with B&Bs in the UK and Italy has been good. The other issue is a dangerous electrical socket right next to the wash basin. It's not a low voltage shaver socket, but a standard socket for a hair dryer, not at the right high/location (should be min 30cm from the basin edge, not 15cm) or right type (with the protective flap), which is extremely dangerous.

Perfectly fine for a solo traveller, with two beds in the room to choose from and spread out one’s belongings. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well insulated. Even though my room was as close to the nearby rail line as any room in the hotel could get, the sound of passing trains never bothered me. The only thing I found lacking was the absence of a safe. I had to lock all valuables in the suitcase before heading out for the day.

Clean and very basic small room. Stayed for 1 night. No hot water from the tap so its cold during winter. Aircon spoilt and service staff rolled her eyes at me when i asked for help multiple times

Well, you don't even know where to begin. The staff are extremely unfriendly, unmotivated, moody, and so incredibly disorganized! The price for breakfast is completely exorbitant and ridiculously expensive. €8 would have been enough for the minimal selection, but for €13.90, you could have expected so much more! The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, which was totally unpleasant, and it was extremely disgusting to even get ready there! The amenities are more than poor for the price; it could have been cut in half! So, it's better to pay a little more and get better quality at a different hotel! Definitely not recommended at all!

A simple, straightforward hotel with everything you need. Easy check-in/check-out. Good location. We were there for a concert at the MHP Arena. About a 25-minute walk away.

7-8 minutes walk from Bad Cannstatt S-Bahn station 3-4 minutes walk from Wilhelmsplatz U-Bahn station Very good location. Air conditioning and delicious breakfast.

The bed is very small, and the platform order instructions are not clear. We paid 35 euros on the spot for one adult and one child. The parking lot is far away and costs 3.5 euros per hour. The location is not close to the scenic spot, so it is not recommended to stay.

Perfect location to the city center Rooms OK and very clean. Breakfast selection OK, but not enough seats when the hotel is full. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right, as was the very unfriendly service from the stressed lady at reception!

The room we booked was not big, but it was very clean. Even without the air conditioner, the room was warm. The transportation was extremely convenient. There was a pedestrian street and a supermarket nearby, and it was also very convenient to eat in the restaurant.

service war wirklich gut, sehr nette mitarbeiter am empfang bei jeglichen fragen wurde sofort geholfen, empfehlungen bzgl parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb oder restaurants wurde auch empfohlen etc. inneneinrichtung im zimmer und allgemein sehr sauber und ordentlich das einzige was nicht so ganz geklappt hat war mit dem wunsch "ruhiges zimmer" , es war zwar weiter weg vom fahrstuhl, aber es ist egal auf welcher straßenseite das zimmer liegt, auf der einen seite fahren die züge, auf der anderen seite die autos, ( viel/wenig verkehr je nach wochentag und zeit) für empfindliche schläfer ohrpads nicht vergessen

Un petit plus aurait été la mise à disposition d’une bouilloire et/ou d’un micro-ondes, même dans un espace commun.
