Dormero Hotel Stuttgart Reviews

1. The hotel had no WiFi. 2. Far from everything. 3. Before checking in, I tried the restaurant it took over 15 minutes for my water to arrive. 3. When checking in, on two separate occasions my room key would not work so I went up and down for replacements, one of the times I sat there waiting for over 20 minutes with no response. Finally checked in, still no WiFi, TV doesn’t work. 4. I was offered a complementary breakfast as a resolution. Wouldn’t stay again.

Good location, spotless room, free drinks hot water pressure could be better but all in all good to go.

Excellent, friendly front desk personell. Clean "for the most part". With that said: now the "MAIN" part of the hotel is starting to look like a city in the Ukraine with displaced Ukrainians everywhere so much so that some service staff are Ukrainian = does not speak German or English - baby carriages left in the hallway(s) in front of the door. It's the luck of the draw if there's a couch and chair in the room. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side MINI bar still has a vasriety of FREE drinks:-)

Service and personnel were excellent as was the room and the freshly stocked free mini bar. Very clean well thought out layout.

The location is ideal for visiting a musical. The hotel can be recommended for this reason.

The hotel has poor service awareness and is very unfriendly to customers: conflicts with the property management are directly passed on to customers. Customers parked for less than an hour and had to pay a parking fee of 10 euros. The solution provided could not be implemented, and I promised to discuss it with the manager to solve the problem, but the result was that the customer was left to bear everything. The hotel does not provide a water heater and the room quality is average. I have never encountered this situation in Germany and I am very disappointed.

I booked a hotel for my company colleagues on a business trip and found a place that was close to the client's office. I can't comment on the others. I didn't stay there myself, so I can't describe it accurately.

I can only rate the location here as our booking was canceled upon check in. The fault lay with the Dormero themselves, but they didn't want to admit it. We were turned away very rudely and referred to Trip.com. Unfortunately nobody could be reached by phone on Saturday. We then had to book another hotel room nearby, which cost twice as much. In retrospect, it turned out that Dormero had canceled independently! An insolence of his kind! I can't recommend this hotel, very unfriendly at the front desk! I would also like to mention here that Trip.com contacted us the day before and we were refunded the amount without hesitation! Great, friendly customer service! We will still book through Trip.com again!

Schöne Zimmer, Sauber, sehr gute Lage - Aber was gar nicht geht, ein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen, bei dem man weiß das die Heizung nicht geht. Haben die Rezeption kurz nach dem Ankommen darauf angesprochen, es hieß es schaut sich ein Techniker an, am Abend ging die Heizung immer noch nicht, der Nachportier sagte man könne jetzt nichts mehr machen und am nächsten Tag sagte uns die Dame an der Rezeption das man dieses Gas erst erneuern müsste, und das sei bekannt ... Warum gibt man dann dieses Zimmer raus? Kulanz oder Nachlässe gleich null - Schade, aber diese Kette ist für uns gestorben! Also im Sommer kann man es empfehlen .... :-)
