This is our first time to Stuttgart. This hotel gave us a warm welcome. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a big plus, good quality and a lot of choices.

The reception team at Hotel Gloria when we had an issue with our previously booked hotel. We turned up - there was no one to let us in, and no response to calls! Thank-fully the receptionist at Hotel Gloria was amazing and really helped us out of a difficult situation on Good Friday evening. Great service really does make a place shine, and our room and the cleaning team were great too. Thanks again and we look forward to booking with you (first!) again.

Check in was very busy and the words be kind came to mind. This is a family owned Hotel NOT a chain. The facilities are a bit dated but the restaurant and service in there is FANTASTIC! And great food. Perfectly adequate. Breakfast is fine. There are steps to get up to reception but staff happy to help with heavy luggage. Lift up to your rooms

If you arrive late in evening, there is no one at the registration and doors are locked. There is a note to ring the door bell but no one will answer it. There are phone numbers but no one will answer those either! So, you will be standing there for a long time!! and you will finally ending up going somewhere else. People maybe nice but I never got a chance to go in!

Very quiet small hotel. Rooms are practically furnished - perfect for short stays. Subway just around the corner. Parking available in front of the house or in the underground car park. Breakfast buffet sufficient - something for everyone. Fresh fruit. You were given coffee automatically. Everything else at the buffet or on request. Staff very friendly and "invisible" (i.e. not intrusive) Restaurant on site (but we didn't use it) - Room clean, with a small safe for valuables. All in all: gladly again!
