My favorite place to stay at when in Stuttgart, Germany. This is a little outside the city center but it has access to a tram/ straßenbahn about 50m away from the hotel. It is very easy to access and is approximately a 10min tram ride To Schlossplatz. They may not have a star rating or elevator but the hotel is clean and cozy. They also serve a simple but quality breakfast. Their breakfast is always prepared fresh. Also, I am loving their newly renovated area on the top floor called the “Arena View Apartment”. It is approximately 70sqm with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downside is that it has no air conditioning system so it might be a little warm during summer. However it will be a perfect place to stay at during winter, spring and fall. The staff are also warm and accomodating.

I booked a nigh to stay with my son. The room that was not cleaned with an unmade bed. The hallway leading to the room was overpowered with the smell of cleaning products. I requested a refund but my request was denied.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist chaotisch und etwas falsch beschrieben. Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung, es gibt für das gesamte Hotel 5 Parkplätze auf dem Hof, keine weiteren. Die Parkplätze sind reserviert und man hat kurzfristig logischerweise keine Chance mehr. Sobald man auch nur vor dem Hotel hält wird man direkt darauf hingewiesen, dass man hier nicht stehen kann und sich am Besten vor dem Check-In einen Parkplatz auf der Straße sucht. Man muss schon sehr Glück haben, um noch etwas zu finden, in der Regel etwas weiter weg und eben mitten auf der Straße.
Rezeption ist nur bis 19:00 Uhr besetzt. - danach ist niemand vom Hotel erreichbar und vermutlich auch kein Check-In möglich. Man erhält einen Schlüssel für die Hintertür.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad absolut winzig. Man muss sich am Waschbecken vorbei quetschen, um in die Dusche zu klettern.
Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, nur einen kleinen Ventilator.
Sehr altes, beengtes Gebäude ohne Aufzug, allerdings ist alles sehr gepflegt, frisch geputzt und absolut sauber.
Die Gegend ist absolut in Ordnung, circa 15 Minuten Fußweg zu den Veranstsltungen.
Für unseren Zweck in Ordnung, für Wellness auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen,

Wir haben uns eine 2-stündige Auszeit gegönnt. Jakuzzi, Sauna, Dampfbad und Dusche in einem tollen Ambiente. War erholsam und ein besonderes Ereignis. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hat uns vorher alles gezeigt. Preis/Leistung echt ok.
