Service was very reserved and unaccommodating. This is how the bed looked upon check-in. Great location next to the shopping center. The parking price was borderline at 30 Euros, usually around 25. Nice pool and modern fitness center.

Good location: beside Milaneo Mall & City Library. To go to shopping area, can take bus 44 frm the bus stop (in the photo). Bus come ard 8 -10mins. Bus ticket can buy from the app (we consulted CHATGPT for this info!!) My room has a washing machine in the apartment so its convenient no need to go to a central facility. Sauna is useful for cold days! No complaints frm me. From Stuttgart HBf, need tonwalk ard 10min, a few slopes (incline) bt have seating/resting area if you want.

Great location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night. Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead. In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.

I stayed for one night, but Adina’s facilities are amazing. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven. If I ever come to Stuttgart for a long-term stay, I will definitely stay here. Truly wonderful.

Great location, near shopping center and public library and parking, but expensive parking fee per day. Great swimming, gym and sauna, but the sauna was off and the personell would not turn it on due to lack of staff…

Great location, close to main station. Room has a proper kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, oven and microwave which is working really good, clean and in good shape. Parking is quite expensive and unfortunately you don't have a guaranteed parking slot. Reception staff is so-so, depending who is on duty. Overall we are totally happy with this hotel and can recommend it, especially for a bit longer stay.
