The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large shopping mall with numerous restaurants and a supermarket. The National Library is also nearby. From the upper floors, you can see the entire city of Stuttgart, and the night view is beautiful. Everything was great except for the room being a bit small. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel is right next to a mall with a supermarket, DM, and restaurants. Parking at 30 euros a night was a bit pricey.

I strongly advise against this apartment hotel. While it's conveniently located near the train station and shopping, the price simply isn't worth it. First, the entrance is tiny and poorly marked; we had to circle the building and ask several people before we found it. Second, check-in required filling out a lot of complicated personal information, and they insisted that's standard for hotels in Germany. The room facilities were just average, comparable to a slightly better budget hotel. What really pushed me over the edge was the check-out time. Although I admit I didn't read it carefully when booking, it was 11 AM. Isn't the international standard 12 PM check-out and 3 PM check-in? We returned to the hotel around 11:30 AM after breakfast, and our key cards no longer worked for the elevator. When we went to the front desk to explain and promised to leave immediately after grabbing our bags, a very stern, humorless German man at the front desk demanded we pay 20 euros per hour for each of our two rooms. And they claim this is a Chinese-friendly hotel? Absolutely terrible experience!

I stayed for several days, so having a room with a kitchen and washing machine was excellent. Next time I visit Stuttgart, I definitely want to stay here again. The only challenge is to find the hotel parking garage, other than that no complain. Clean rooms equip with washers and kitchenette; dish and laundry detergents are provided. Next to a mall and the Stuttgart library and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

A lovely designed apartment hotel, within walking distance to the Stuttgart city centre with transport at your doorstep. The staff were the most disinterested I have ever encountered at a hotel, complete lack of regard for customer service. We had booked a one bedroom apartment for three people, the first apartment didn’t have space for a fold out bed. The second apartment didn’t but the fold out was set up even though it was obviously broken and lopsided. The insulation was terrible, we were able to hear doors slamming all night along with people’s voices, coming through the interconnecting doors. The TV didn’t work and took time to be resolved. Again the front desk staff were not reactive to solving the situation. And the cleaning in the bathroom could have been significantly better too from previous guests.

Service was very reserved and unaccommodating. This is how the bed looked upon check-in. Great location next to the shopping center. The parking price was borderline at 30 Euros, usually around 25. Nice pool and modern fitness center.

Good location: beside Milaneo Mall & City Library. To go to shopping area, can take bus 44 frm the bus stop (in the photo). Bus come ard 8 -10mins. Bus ticket can buy from the app (we consulted CHATGPT for this info!!) My room has a washing machine in the apartment so its convenient no need to go to a central facility. Sauna is useful for cold days! No complaints frm me. From Stuttgart HBf, need tonwalk ard 10min, a few slopes (incline) bt have seating/resting area if you want.

Hello all, This hotel is Fraud! i had booked Adina hotel Stuttgart from April 20th to April 24th,2026 via Trip.com by paying 100% amount( Around 900 Euro) . Due to some change in Business plans, i had to check-in on 21st instead of 20th of April. the same message was shared to the hotel via trip.com Messaging app. Upon arrival on 21st April, Hotel denied my entry saying the hotel is full and they cannot give me room. when asked for refund, hotel said that Trip.com should contact them for refund. Sadly, i have to leave and book other hotel. The other hotel booked was from 21st to 23rd of April and the same issue was reported to Trip.com on 21st evening. On 24th, i had to book Hotel Adina by paying 100% amount and booking was honored. meanwhile, Trip.com took 10- 12 days to get feedback from Hotel Adina after my continuous follow ups with Trip.com and the result is, Hotel Adina cannot give you money back. I travel worldwide and come across many hotels. But never expected such fraud to happen in Germany! My recommendation is to avoid this hotel coz you never know, you might also get scammed like me!!!
