Awesome front desk friendly and helpful! Rooms were normal, but clean and well kept. Small rant, pillows were toooo soft!

All facilities good condition

Everything under expectations and not so good experiences

Unfortunately, i booked 5 rooms, and all rooms have issued, First, the towels in the room had an unpleasant odor, and was found to have a hole and mold. Secondly, I found debris or “bulu” in the sink upon check-in. The bedsheets so stinky till we couldn’t stand we had to cover the bedsheets with our clothes & some appeared yellow. Moreover, one of the air conditioning units was not functioning properly, take awhile to cool the room. Overall, my experience was disappointing. 2/10! Not recommending this hotel.

Terrible! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Firstly, I was given a room with a very bad odor. I turned on the air conditioning for about half an hour, but it wasn’t cooling at all! It was about the same temperature as being outdoors. I informed the receptionist about the room condition, and she followed me to check. She blamed me for not adjusting the fan speed, but I had already set it to the powerful mode and the fastest speed! After she tried, she claimed it was cold, but it remained around 28-29 degrees. She was rude in her response. Eventually, she changed to another room for me. Okay, fine, the new room finally felt cold. The second room given had a broken window! I couldn’t lock it (as shown in the picture). Feeling insecure staying at this hotel! Never, ever consider this hotel!!

overall good, convenient location, easy to find, near many eateries

For business traveller is suitable. Untuk rehat2 okay la. Kalau bwk family, maybe kena pertingkatkan lagi.

Bad customer service and push their responsibility to trip.com when their facilities are not up to date.

Good rooms and good hotel. Theres a mamak just down thenhotel open 24hours so easy for you to find food around. Good.
