The room was spacious and bright, with a warm and modern decor and soft, comfortable bedding. The room was immaculately cleaned. We upgraded to a suite and had a very comfortable and secure stay.

The room is in poor condition. The bathroom is dirty with mould stains. The shower head is rusty… who would shower with it? Some lights are not working. Lampshades are stained. We saw two cockroaches running around in the bathroom when we checked into the room. We are on the 16th floor! There are cockroaches? So they must be nested in the room somewhere. The bed is creaking badly every time someone turns in the bed.
