Second time staycation with my kids at Hotel Geno, and overall we’re really satisfied.
The room was comfortable, clean, and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. My favourite part is definitely the coffee house. It’s finally fully renovated and now feels more spacious, modern, and comfortable.
The kids didn't get to swim this time because it was raining, and the pool is an open-air one. Just one of those unpredictable weather moments.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Perfect for a simple and relaxing short staycation.

Geno Hotel offers a fair price for what you get. The decoration and setup are quite basic, but comfortable enough for a short stay. At the moment, the property is undergoing renovations, so expect some areas to feel a little unfinished.
The breakfast spread is acceptable with decent variety, though there’s room for improvement in both options and taste.
Parking is available at a flat rate of RM8 (covered and uncovered), but do note there’s no direct lift from the parking area to the hotel lobby, you’ll need to walk from a different section.
Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for reasonable pricing and convenience, but don’t expect anything too fancy just yet.

Room is clean and spacious! The only flaw was the breakfast. The bread toaster was not working and yet you displayed it. Should find an alternative, you may at least use a regular toaster temporarily.

Not sure how the room keeper perform their routine cleaning & room preparation , simple thing like pillow case can’t get it right , how unfortunate. Not sure if I could repeat stay once again
