Nice place to stay for a short trip. 20 mins away from sunway lagoon theme park. But a bit off because theres no lift, so we need to use stairs to level 3

What I see n booking at Trip.com in this hotel are all different! When i arrived hotel counter n confirm my booking but counter service are not responsibility’s for my booking n said this is Trip.com problem! Room small as can’t said n no window n no hair dryers at all ! This hotel cant be at Trip.com, too lousy !
