Always connected hotel with major spot in Sunway. The hotel need some touch up already!

Low cost , new to sunway pyramid , but aircon is terribly old without any function as only fan function. If u just want a short night stay with budget , u can consider here, or else better choose alternative

Seriously, avoid this hotel. It's incredibly old and outdated, not even a decent bed to sleep on.

Dirty and very uncomfortable. The AC was cold, luckily we were able to switch rooms.

Overall ok standard for this pricing. TV broken and air conditioner is very cold until I can't stand!

Absolutely terrible, couldn't be worse. I arrived at 3 PM to check in, only to be told the room was still being cleaned and I'd have to wait until after 3:30 PM. Later, the front desk was empty with a sign saying 'gone to the restroom,' and I waited almost half an hour for someone to show up. The check-in process was also a hassle; they gave me two towels and told me the hotel was in the building across the street, and then the elevator there was broken. After finally getting into the room, it was small and dirty. Not a single thing — the bed, duvet, or pillows — was clean. The air conditioning had no remote or even an on/off switch, and it made a huge amount of noise. The toilet kept leaking, which was very loud. They don't provide toothbrushes, shower gel, or shampoo, and there was a strange smell in the room the whole time. Just unbelievably bad.

The facilities were poor-- no drink water, no kettle, no hair dryer, only one detergent for all purposes. Well Maybe it is a one star hotel. I have never stayed in a one star hotel and therefore I am quite shocked.

I booked this hotel because it was close to my training course, about 300 metres away, and there are many restaurants next to the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel does not provide breakfast, there is no fridge in the room, and the TV in my room was not working.

Very cheap and affordable. The location is okay but the parking available is a paid one. There are free parking spots but very hard to find ones that are close
