All was great in this hotel except for the delay in check-in. But we do appreciate that they offered a late check-out in lieu of the delay. Saturday night stay 3/4 Room in GF request was provided Fire dance was entertaining Naya Bar's food and live band was big ✅️ Amenities Room - no bar soap and slippers; rest is OK Faciities - kayak, life vest, inflatable, and many more Wave pool - 15mins only in the morning; rest is afternoon Breakfast - Asian buffet choices only Check out - Smoother than check in Special thanks to receptionist KC for allowing us to print our concert ticket. 💯✌️

Checking in and out was easy. The service was really good. We were able to talk to some employees like the life guards. They were so fun to talk with. One of them was Arnold. My husband enjoyed chatting with them. When we did the inflatable activities they were very helpful and even offered to take pictures of us. It was an amazing experience. For food, since I didn't get a chance to go to the breakfast, for 200php, they delivered the food in our room. We tried the naya bar. My daughter enjoyed the pasta. we ordered chopsuey and the lechon belly. It was ok but not recommended. Again the service was great

Food is good, it is masarap. And the rooms are clean and staff are very accomodation.

Service was good, just did not follow thru with the commitment,, first the additional beds we paid for did not come to our room, second the spoon and fork we requested came too late for our dinner.

Overall our stay was great. There were just a lot of ants in the bathroom and sleeping area which isnt really a problem if it was just my husband and myself. However, my kids were scared. But the staff and amenities were great.

Amenities are best. But room was quite bad. There was red ants in the bed nearby window. I was with my baby so it was quite dangerous. But the swimming amenities are really good. I will try to reserve for better room next time.

The location of the hotel is great. I love the amenities. I enjoyed the food and the awesome view at Naya bar. Service was good. The crew were courteous & friendly. I will definitely come back.

Our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable and memorable. The staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The food was delicious and offered great value for the price. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beach was particularly impressive, with fine white sand and no rocky areas, making it perfect for relaxing and swimming. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, we were completely absorbed in the beach and the variety of water activities available. Overall, the resort offers exceptional value for money, combining excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly satisfying experience. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway

The hotel area is really amazing. Everything is very beautiful. The waterpark with all the slides and the inflatable waterpark in the ocean next to the beach were really a very nice experience. The hotel has many different pools, also including a wave pool. Hotel guests have free stand-up-paddeling and boat-paddling in the ocean, including life vest and all necessary things. The personnel at the beach was very friendly. Check out is strictly at 11, but the hotel allows to use the facilities on the day of check out till 6 pm. The service personnel was always very friendly and helpful. They have different restaurants, I had dinner in the restaurant at the beach. The restaurant is very nice, near the ocean, the food was delicious. They had live singers in the evening. The prices in the beach restaurant are high. I had a standard room. The room, I felt, was really poor: Old, dated, no furniture besides beds and TV. All except the beds was not very clean. A lot of dirt under the beds. I had a window, overlooking a dirty slum next to the hotel. At check in, I had to sign a paper, that it is not allowed to bring my own drinks to the hotel room and that there is a high fine, in case they catch you bringing your own soft drinks or any other beverages except water to the hotel room or to anywhere else inside the hotel area. I didn't find any restaurant or bar in walkable distance outside the hotel. But there is a seven eleven very near to the hotel. There was free breakfast included in my room rate. It was a la carte and delicious. The waitors and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, included in the rate is offered only until 9am. I had the impression, that there is a little bit of renovation and construction going on in the hotel area, but this didn't disturb me at all as all activities were available and no big noise.

The room is too tight for a family of 3, bed is made of cheap woods and all around furnishing is unpleasant, no mini fridge or even chiller for foods that need refrigeration specially during summer, water shower pressure is very weak and the most unpleasant experience of all is the smell of COCKROACH along the hallway and even inside the shower and toilet room.
