Never again
First, I’d like to commend Jason, who was an amazing staff member. He was very helpful, kind, and quick to assist us when we discovered that the sink in our first room was clogged with dirt. He made sure we were transferred to another room right away, and we truly appreciated his assistance. *Parking is huge for trailers, RV’s etc. *
Unfortunately, because we were exhausted, we didn’t thoroughly check the bedding that night. The following morning, we discovered that the bed cover was very dirty. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member keeps interrupting me and he makes excuses, saying it was “just a bed cover” and that housekeeping had simply placed a double sheet over it. Even after I showed him the pictures, he seemed to think it was acceptable. He said sorry though, but still he sound like its normal.
I’ll be posting the pictures here so others can see the condition for themselves. While Jason’s excellent service deserves recognition, the room’s cleanliness and the way my concern was handled were disappointing. Personally, this is not an experience I would spend my money on twice or even if they give me a free stay.
