Decent place overall for a short stay. Close to HSN. Limited amenities, no coffee in lobby, no breakfast included (discounted rate only at attached restaurant). Rooms basic but clean. Shower drain backed up but otherwise no issues. Plenty of free parking. Wifi worked fine.

As a whole I enjoy the stay. The amenities is basic but that is what you pay for the price. The price is reasonable. The service is good and helpful staff. The cleanliness is average. The location is good, away the busy traffic and convenient too.

Have been coming here for 4 years. When I first came here I was impressed by how fresh the room were. They are now very run down. Gaps under the doors. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder; just a roll sitting on the counter. Sad how it’s gone downhill.

Everything was clean the staff was very friendly & helpful. It was close to the cancer hospital which was what we needed

Great location.  The room was average, the bathroom was icky. There were hairs in the tub upon arrival and mold on the ceiling in the washroom. There were no cups to make coffee in the morning.  It is not easy to navigate this location. Would have been nice to see signs directing where the lobby , vending, ice, elevators are….

This hotel is very dirty. The pool and hot tub are not in service. Front desk staff were pleasant the only part of our two night stay that was pleasant
