Rodeway Inn

Enjoyed staying there for a night. The only thing I dont like here was that I can hear mostly the footsteps outside and people in the other room

This is not the 1st time we stay there. Over time it has lost its appeal. The outside is nice looking but unfortunately, the upkeep of the place, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hallway, the lobby and main entrance and even the outside steps have not been properly cleaned in a long time. It's the little things that count... clean floors, clear windows, finished baseboard work and sealed cracks in doors, dusting of any flat surfaces... Also, too complicated to work the TV - it should be turn on and change channels and volume as you wish... had to push buttons directly on tv (hard to find) to turn tv on and off and to change the volume. And make sure to follow allllll the instructions to make your own coffee otherwise the machine won't work. And, very noisy between rooms and upstairs... no sound barrier indoors and outdoors. Sorry. Even at a low price hotel, there should be some pride in the cleanliness and care about the noise.

The restaurant/ lounge was great as was the coffee shop . The front desk personnel were great as well.and front desk area was clean. The front and rear stairs on the other hand were littered with trash and mud, Our room was dusty, the microwave was dirty and around the faucets there was facial hair from the previous guest. Better housekeeping would bring better reviews.hair dryers in the rooms would also be an idea

The property was good. The room was clean. The staff were nice n polite. The staira can use a little clean.

The convenience of location to my stops. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom i.e., shower area. Three adults occupied the room with insufficient towels. It was expected for us to go daily to get fresh towels. I guess we needed to reissue our towels which would not be an issue if they were dried in a timely fashion.

I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They will ask for a deposit, hold it, refuse to refund it and blame everyone and everything but themselves for this. It's been 3 weeks since I stayed there and they still haven't fixed this. ******* should delist them. The room was infested with ants (in December) and the room was if poor quality. Their "breakfast nook" area had a giant out of service sign that has been there for months probably and it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 90's
