"The room was quite spacious. I stayed there last year, and this was my second time choosing this restaurant. The quality seemed to have declined somewhat. The towels were of average quality, some were old, and weren't replaced. The restaurant service was somewhat indifferent, though a few staff members were okay. There was a table near the edge of the restaurant with a lamp on top; when I stood up, I bumped my head on it, which hurt quite a bit. The staff seemed unfazed, as if this wasn't the first time they'd encountered this situation; they just looked at it without offering any concern. Room cleaning and room service were decent. I probably wouldn't choose this restaurant again."

"Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry."

"Was at the hotel attending an event. Service was great and rooms were comfortable. Only thing to mention would be the destination fee which was charged to my card without my prior knowledge and I did check with them multiple times during check-in that there would be no further charges. I was given some vouchers I presume as part of the destination fee but as I was attending an event, I did not use them and was not even aware I would be charged for them."

"The room was very dirty. Slippers were not provided unless you called. I asked the cleaning guy passing by and he provided them. They were very small. I don't know where the price came from so confidently. The only advantage is that it is near the Chinese area."
