Atour Hotel (Suining Chuanshan High-speed Railway Station)

It's unacceptable that the toiletries used at the prestigious Atour Hotel, including shower gel and shampoo, were from Liangmianzhen (a brand of toothpaste). The experience was extremely poor. I even had to buy my own toothpaste outside. Furthermore, the breakfast food was of very poor quality, with very few dishes. The room didn't even have coffee, and essential items like a razor were missing. Other hotels might be okay, but this one, using the Atour brand, is a blatant disregard for the Atour name. This is the worst Atour experience I've ever had. I seriously suspect it's just a budget hotel offering services under the Atour name. Avoid this hotel!

The hotel is located in a nice area with convenient transportation. There is complimentary grapefruit juice and lemonade in the lobby, and books are available for free borrowing. The staff are attentive and efficient, and check-in and invoicing are quick. The rooms are great, and the hotel offers good value for money. Highly recommended.

This trip involved traveling with elderly family members who had difficulty moving around. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, proactively assisting the elderly person to their room and providing attentive care throughout. Considering our unfamiliarity with the area, they patiently and meticulously planned our sightseeing routes, explaining everything clearly and saving us a lot of trouble. Their service was gentle, genuine, and full of thoughtful details. We are truly grateful and will definitely choose this hotel again next time! The hotel reception, knowing I'm a light sleeper, thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for me and even provided an eye mask and earplugs. I was deeply touched by these thoughtful touches.

Knowing I'd be visiting many places in Suining, I chose this hotel near the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive to my needs, providing a very quiet and comfortable room, perfect for a deep sleep. The receptionist proactively helped me arrange transportation to places like Shehong, saving me a lot of energy. The unique extended stay option solved my problem of waiting at the high-speed rail station too early, allowing me to rest peacefully in my room without having to leave so soon. Before leaving, they not only gave me a local Suining souvenir but also inquired about my travel experiences. I think this is excellent service for a frequent global traveler like myself. I highly recommend this hotel!!! I travel frequently for business and leisure and have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've felt compelled to leave such a positive review!!! First of all, the room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. I called the front desk to ask if they had brown sugar water, and the receptionist immediately arranged it for me and even thoughtfully provided a hand warmer. Very nice!

Checked in on the evening of July 1st and was absolutely furious! The takeout I ordered that evening had been downstairs for 20 minutes, and the robot hadn't delivered it. I reminded them twice, and the receptionist that night said they were busy and couldn't leave, so I went downstairs to get it myself. I thought they were busy, but wow, there was only the receptionist downstairs, and no other customers. What were they busy with? Even if they were busy, they couldn't spare a minute to put the takeout in the robot?! After waiting for 20 minutes and reminding them twice, they still had to go downstairs to get it! The receptionist that day was really terrible! I was so angry and speechless! But everything was fine from check-out to the front desk during the day! And I even had allergies that night! I've never had allergies before! Was there something wrong with the sheets? All in all, a very bad stay!!!
