The desk service was excellent. The amenities are usual for business hotel standard. I was staying in an Oder part of the hotel where the water in the shower was a bit difficult to adjust, but as it is in a perfect location and clean, I cannot complain as it is meant for an affordable stay, not a luxury. So overall I’m very pleased with the experience and would stay there again if in Osaka, looking for business hotel type.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was also very good.

First room we got smelt really bad that we had to ask for a different room, second room had dirty pillow which we had to change , we asked for a spare blanket they didn’t have any , we asked for iron they didn’t have any. Very poorly equipped hotel with dirty small rooms, avoid it if you can

A very old hotel, but the rooms are clean. The location is near to the Esaka train station.

Its the best deal for a reasonable price range with excellent cleanliness and convenient location.

The breakfast changed every day, which made it enjoyable. The location is good, with the station nearby and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Also, there was very little noise.

I stayed at the Kobe Sunny Stone Hotel. The building itself is quite old. The unit bathroom, in particular, is compact, and those who prioritize the size of the bathroom and toilet might find it a bit cramped. However, even considering that, the balance between location and price is quite satisfactory. It has excellent access from the station and is easy to get around, making it a convenient hotel as a base for business trips. If you're someone who only needs a place to sleep and wants to keep costs down, you should be able to use it without any problems. I was worried about noise because it's on a main road, but there were shutters, so it wasn't a problem.

It's small and cozy, and comfortable if you're just looking to sleep.

I stayed in the annex building. My bed was by the window, but there was a draft, and it was cold. I felt the need to either double up the curtains or take measures to prevent drafts. Also, while the small size of the room is perhaps unavoidable, the space for the kettle was very cramped, and I struggled to find a place to make tea. A small folding table or something similar would have been helpful.
