"I can't give a bad review. First, the price is high during the off-peak season—more than double the price of a suite in the same apartment. Second, the cleanliness is terrible. The pictures looked great, but once I got there, the room smelled absolutely terrible, and even opening the window didn't get rid of the odor. The sofa cover was incredibly dirty, with black marks all over it. The bed was incredibly hard—just a thin blanket and a sheet on top of a mattress, and the square cushions hurt my back. And the refrigerator was full of trash when I went in, including the previous user's unfinished pancakes. Oh my god, I wouldn't stay there even if it was free. Other hotels in the off-season are 66 for two nights, but I specifically booked a three-digit rate, thinking the environment would be better. I was so disappointed. Finally, a complaint about the service: Message replies were slow and perfunctory, as if they were too busy. In short, be cautious when reading good reviews!"
