Staff are not really friendly like others accor group but still up to standard hospitality. Location bit far from city center. No hand towels and face towels in the bathroom but it's ok not required. Overall meet expectation.

Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.

Yellow water on sink, no soundproofing, some of the rooms smells very bad, service was slow. Not recommended.

Service was excellent, all staffs were friendly. Cleanliness was not the best! At Verandah restaurant during breakfast we witnessed birds were eating from the serving spoons and bread/pastries that was in the open. Also there were webs on the shelves where they keep spoons/forks and plates. It was disgusting to see those!

A wonderfully picturesque and peaceful spot for a family staycation. It's both appealing and comfortable, making it highly recommended for a holiday.

The building is gorgeous but the rooms are quite old. Renovation is needed. It's a nice hotel, good breakfast and very good coffee. Because of Ramadan, only one restaurant is open. But anyway, it's a nice hotel, highly recommended.

It seems that the 5-star status of the hotel is questionable due to the following issues: Check-in took approximately 1 hour, with only 2 customer service representatives working while 2 other desks were empty during check-in time. The lobby/check-in waiting area was crowded with other guests, luggage scattered around, and children running around, making the lobby feel like a playground. Welcome drink glasses were left scattered everywhere, with no staff ensuring the area was clean and tidy. I stayed in room 441, which did not feel like a 5-star hotel room. Despite the old design that should look luxurious, it felt more like a 3-star hotel room. There were many ants on the table, bed, and in the bathroom. An unpleasant odor persisted throughout my 2-day stay. Toiletries were only provided upon request, such as the missing bath mat. There were visible stains on the sofa in the room. etc...

booked on 1st jan 25 , with my 2 kids. we took the room with bathtub on level 1. bathtub is big enough for 2 prsons. pool is a bit sad for a hotel this big. breakfst is good enough. bed is comfortable. tv is big. drinking water is provided free flow on every floor. mosquitoes enters the room from the garden, so we had to lock the terrace door all the time.

The hotel appeared to be very old and requires a good renovation. Rooms were smelly and even strong bad smell coming out from the toilet drain. Swimming pool also not really like expected. I will not go again unless these things are really improved.
