Sulphur Extended Stay

The property was terrible. It was super dirty. The AC unit was horrible. I’m sure it was never cleaned before the room smelled like pure cigarette. The rug was dirty and nasty. I do not recommend this hotel to no one not even my worst enemy. but I should’ve guessed it for the price. It was a pure dump but never again. I don’t understand why they would rent rooms in that condition. Sorry, not sorry

Everything OK … really affordable … front desk and cleaning ladies very helpful ….I will stay again !!!

The stay was quite comfortable and peaceful. Staff was professional and very nice. The main problem with the hotel that I had an issue with is how they clean their rooms. They need to seriously update their housekeepers in that area. They do not clean at all!! Besides that issue enjoyed staying at the motel.

There was NO locking mechanism for the bathroom. The only light was a small lamp by the bed making it extremely dark at night. Half of the outlets worked.

The tv didnt work in the room....only one light in the room worked...not enough towels and hard time flushing the toilet

The room was ok. The bedding wasn't clean and nor were the towels. The pillows super thin and all in all in was a decent sleep. AC was cold but there is only app tv. No cable and no local channels. The most disturbing part of my stay was the check in. There was a very cocky young thin man with black hair that was more focused on his laptop with white earbuds in. Extremely rude, not helpful at all and I actually canceled my initial reservation due to his manner. If this guy is just an employee than ownership should consider getting rid of him. He doesnt serve your property well. Pool was closed, great ice machine, no vending, property was very hard to find, no signage and nothing to indicate the name of the property. Construction and renovations were evident as it looked like the place should've actually been closed while these repairs were taking place. Danger to others and items left all over the property. Stacks of mattresses, flooring mounds, nails and screws everywhere many of the rooms taped up. Smelly dumpsters. It was very much a disgrace!

The room and other amenities shown in pictures are different and below standards. There is no breakfast though they show in picture. Bathroom condition is below expectation. AC was making noise. Overall its a average rating hotel.

Mattress was so uncomfortable short of towels and rags. Smells were awful. It wasn’t pleasant at all
